Excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and professional! Quite impressed by this hotel. The views from the restaurant are amazing.
The location of the hotel is perfect. On the edge of the old city.

Very close to transport links. Small shops close by. Taxis next door. Staff were very helpful and room was refreshed every day. I would definitely stay again.

The only strength of this hotel is its central location. The breakfast felt more like a lunch with antipasti and was not inviting at all. Particularly disappointing was the cleanliness of the bedding, which did not appear well-maintained. The synthetic sheets were also unpleasantly slippery – absolutely inappropriate for a hotel of this category.
Unfortunately, we found several hairs from previous guests on the beds, which was very unhygienic. The reception staff listened to our complaint but neither apologized nor showed any real interest in addressing the issue. We eventually had to request fresh bedding and remake the beds ourselves. Despite this, we were unable to relax or sleep comfortably.

Not very good and expensive

My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the service was not good at all. The windows of the room were very dirty, the breakfast was very basic, and the staff’s attitude was not pleasant at all.

In general it was a good stay and I do recommend the hotel.
Room was clean, staff were nice and friendly.
The only problem we had was the baby cot, from a side, the net was ripped and the frame was broken.
