exceeded all my expectation,
The hotel was wonderful, and the service was exceptional. All the staff made me feel completely at home.
Mustafa was truly amazing—very kind, friendly, and welcoming. He even upgraded my room at no extra cost.
I also booked the Red Tour and a shared airport transfer through the hotel, but they kindly arranged a private transfer for me without any additional charge.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning even more special.
As a lovely gesture, they also gave me a small souvenir from Türkiye. Their hospitality exceeded all my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Family-friendly accommodation
Upon our arrival late in the evening at 11:30 PM, the reception was staffed (24h reception). We received a lovingly prepared room. The hotel at the very top of the mountain also has the advantage of overlooking the entire valley. Especially in the morning, when the balloons take off, this offers a great view. Fatma and Meryam were very polite, took care of us when we were not feeling quite fit, and made breakfast a little earlier for us on the last day. Also, when cleaning the room, they waited especially for us until we were out of the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality - and the beautiful experience.

An Unforgettable Cappadocia Experience
Our stay at Hira Cave Hotel was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Türkiye. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and everything was perfectly organised.
The hotel works alongside Stone Travel Agency, who planned our entire three-day Cappadocia itinerary. Every tour was fantastic, but the hot air balloon ride was a true once in a-lifetime experience. The day tours were equally incredible, giving us the opportunity to explore the region’s amazing history, culture, and landscapes without having to worry about a thing.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Staying in a genuine cave and stone room was such a unique experience and really added to the magic of Cappadocia. The terrace is breathtaking and easily one of the best places to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Seeing hundreds of hot air balloons floating across the sky each morning is something we’ll never forget.
Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety each morning. What really made our stay special, though, was the wonderful hospitality. Meryem and Fatima were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like family and turned an amazing stay into an unforgettable one.

Excellent!
We were a couple on vacation in Goreme and we stayed divinely! Highly recommended, both for the location and the rooms. Always tidy, and they left us fruit and herbal teas in the room daily. They have a terrace from where you can admire the sunrise with the hot air balloons early in the morning. Last but not least, the breakfast: the real hotel breakfast❤️ the girl takes care of everything down to the smallest detail, from fresh pastries every morning to the eggs she prepares for you on the spot however you like them! Kindness, cleanliness, and location, everything we could have wanted. Highly recommended!

Incredibly helpful staff and great location
We had a very enjoyable stay at Hira Cave Hotel. The staff were amazing (Mariam and Fatima esp) and so helpful. They made our stay in Goreme unforgettable.
