The stay was really nice. There is a buffet breakfast and diner included in the room price.
Everything was really clean.
Only the rooms are not very sound proof. Especially to room entrance door.
Our neighbour from across the corridor had a screaming child early morning and it was like the child was sitting next our bed.
The spa is really nice. We has a hamam and massage, they where lovely.

Not a 4-star!

Not a 4-star.
Absolutely not a 4-star as we might be used to, mediocre food, suffocating staff that patrols the tables waiting to clear your dirty plates at lightning speed! I found a hole in the sheets and a sign saying non-potable water in the bathroom… absolutely absurd in Turkey! Even though the dining and living areas are new, the rooms are small and stuffy, with very old bathrooms featuring high bathtubs (so much so that they provided a step ladder to access them); there are surely better options nearby!

As a thermal hotel, some of our rooms feature deeper bathtubs designed specifically for thermal water use. Likewise, the "non-potable water" notice in the bathroom is a standard information sign found in many hotels and is intended solely as a precaution.

A wonderful hotel to relax in

I'm really tired from work and I came here to relax for a few days. Honestly, I didn't think thermal water would be this beneficial. My back and neck areas, in particular, feel much better. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. I tried Karahayıt's red water for the first time, and you really feel the difference. I was very pleased.

Özellikle termal suyun sırt ve boyun bölgenize iyi gelmesi ve Karahayıt’ın kırmızı suyunun farkını hissetmeniz bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Otelimizin sakin ve huzurlu atmosferini “tam kafa dinlemelik” olarak tanımlamanız da bizim için çok kıymetli.

A perfect water for tired mothers Great service!

My back and lower back pain worsened significantly after childbirth, and I felt constantly tired. We came to Herakles for a few days and it was really great. After getting out of the thermal pool, my body felt lighter. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. I can honestly say that for the first time in a long time, I've been able to truly rest. I would definitely recommend it to tired mothers like me.

Quality experience

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was close to Pamukkale and tourist attractions, so we didn't experience any difficulties with transportation. I recommend it for a peaceful holiday with your family.
