Quite noisy since it's next to a main road, going past the airport, but with traffic all night.

Probably the property is not maintain by owner because the staff were a little bored. The location was good - close to the airport. Breakfast were served, but the quality was just OK

Very bad
The Burç Hotel, where I stayed for two nights, was unfortunately quite different from the hotel or apartment concept we are used to. The first room we were given was too big for us, so we wanted to change to a smaller one. When we asked about the price difference, we received the reply, "We also gave you a pillow." Frankly, this approach was completely unprofessional.
There are no kettles in the rooms. When we asked for hot water, we were told it would be charged extra. It's not about the money; approaches like "we provided pillows" and "hot water is chargeable" were not pleasant in terms of guest satisfaction. My child is 7 years old and we requested an extra bed. We had to share one towel among three people.
We were particularly disturbed by the attitude of one young female employee, a blonde with light-colored eyes. He refused almost every request, and his approach made us feel like we were obligated to stay there, rather than being treated like customers. My wife, child, and I shared a single towel over two days. I would expect a more solution-oriented and friendly approach to communication with guests at a business.
Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was not adequate. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and the pillows had a strong odor. Unfortunately, our accommodation experience did not meet our expectations.
