Easy located on the main road from Van past the airport in the direction of Akdamar ferry.Check in was professional. Room was excellent, good amenities with great views over Lake Van. Check in was professional. Wine was expensive even by Turkish standards and beer was in the higher price category. Food on the Lake Terrace was very well presented and decent value.
Reception was shocked when I asked about Hotels.com offer of ‘20% off food and drink purchases’. You are able to stroll a little along the Lake side. Metres away by foot was a recommended good value restaurant but asI was dressed in shorts I thought ( looking at the clientele ) I was dressed ‘too casual’.
I would stay again.

Beautiful view of Van lake
Friendly attitude of personnel
Concern about supplying water for guests
Free wonderful tee
Free salads
Delicious foods
Only negative point: poor command of english of personnel

Excellent experience

Excellent food, especially breakfast. Top notch service and very polite staff.
Very nice location and convenient for you who are here to relax and spend time with family. It’s 12 minutes from the airport and around 25 minutes from the city centre.
Taxi services are also good.

It was good

We had a good stay at Ramada by Wyndham Van. They were very kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their friendly attitude made a big difference in improving our overall experience.
Overall, the hotel was good. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel facilities were acceptable, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful, but the cleaning could have been done more carefully, as at times it felt a little rushed.
I would like to thank the hotel staff for their overall service and effort. However, I think some of the female staff at the reception could be warmer and communicate better with guests.
Finally, I would like to give special thanks to the gentlemen at the reception and Mr. Gabriel for their hospitality and excellent attitude.

Nice hotel

The location was great and the atmosphere is incredible. The rooms were very nice and cozy. Tha value is good. and it was actually clean too . There wasnt any noise . And the service was great they were very hospitable and nice.
