A clean and quality property in the heart of the grounds.

Very close to everything in the heart of the city, clean, boutique, breakfast nice, quality sheets and towels in the room, free parking porsucks, gondolas, tram a, train station, espark a, haller youth center, bars street, log market .. very close walking distance to all places. Disgrace

A FILTHY HOTEL. Don't be fooled by the photos when you go there. We went there after making a reservation through Hotels.com. They gave us rooms in an apartment building next to the main hotel building, and there was no elevator. (The main building you see in the photos) The pillowcases in room (206) were unchanged and the makeup marks were still there, and it smelled awful. We lacked towels and toilet paper; we had to order them separately. The faucets, the towel rack—they're all either wobbly or come off in your hand when you touch them. Breakfast was another disaster; when we asked about the breakfast room, they said it was under renovation and that they would bring it to our room when we called. They brought out a so-called "breakfast" (including a boiled egg) that had been prepared the day before, refrigerated, and wrapped in plastic wrap, all on a serving plate. Daily room cleaning is not provided. No. The room was never cleaned during our stay. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst hotel and the most terrible stay I've ever had. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO!!!

They claimed that the breakfast hours were written on the elevator, they paid for it because we only had breakfast.
