Relaxing, quiet and fantastic staff
We arrived late in the evening, there were a couple of staff on hand to greet us. Very quickly taken to our room, it was lovely as there wasn’t much standing around. We encounter an issue in our room which we reported when we went down to eat after unpacking. By the time we returned to our room the issue had been resolved. The staff were amazing, friendly and entertaining.
For a small hotel we were worried it would not be a good stay. But from start to finish we were welcomed, look after and nothing was to much trouble.
Special shout out to Erem, Shamus and the rest of the staff as they really were fabulous and really made our stay. We will be going again as the hotel for us was a hidden little gem, nice and quiet so relaxing was easy.

Do not bother going to this hotel stay far, far away…..
Do not go to this hotel . Stay away….
Dirty stained bed linen
Rooms not clean
All exclusive but with no pool facilities or open buffet meals
Cup wiped over with a filthy, dirty cloth
Facilitated denied as hotel was closed why on earth accept my booking?!!
Staff were helpful on occasions and evening meals provided typically Turkish cuisine which was very good.
But that will never make up for the fact I had a terrible depression holiday thanks to the unscrupulous people working at this hotel

Relaxing experience, charming people
Stayed 14th till 28th of September, totally relaxing hotel, plenty of sunbeds, lovely setting, staff really friendly and helpful. All inclusive food caters mainly for the turkish guests but I found plenty of delicious things to eat, 10 minute walk into the heart of hisaronu, there's a taxi-call button on a tree just outside the hotel, press it and a taxi will be there within five minutes. Shops a five minute walk away. .Comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere, I would certainly return to this hotel

Fake friendliness
Greetings to Mrs. Deli, who I’m sure you’ll be quite surprised to see this review.
She was so confident about me and herself because she said NOT TO Write a Review when she left. Let’s write a review. First, it’s about genuine friendliness under the name of a family hotel. We negotiated in cash, but it wasn’t worth the money again (this was evident from the hotel we stayed in later). And why was there an audience always wondering which hotel I went to? By the time we walked into the room, I pulled out the trunk to place the suitcase, and the feathers greeted us. We haven’t already used towels or a shower. We stayed 1 night. We left the hotel. They said there would be a goodbye party for the next day, and we were invited to a barbecue party. The same concept was called buffet barbecue. That's all per person and more. We were going to pay for dinner outside and we were nearby. We're gone. We had dinner, we had coke. We were alerted by an employee near the coffee maker. Said, “You’re not hungry so let your drinks be paid news”?? Sorry, this is normal, everything is unlimited, but the drink was paid? They’re talking about the coke we drink. And then they said you were our ex-customer and didn’t get their money. A child lying under a blanket in the lobby (it was a patient, and I think she was the wish lady's daughter herself), talking about the discussion between the staff and more. Too many family hotels. It’s not like something is missing or wrong, but it’s up to you to decide. (The food was delicious). I’m not lying and I know the goal of the platform. Let readers come along. I only treated you like you. I’ve gotten a lazy friend. Not to mention, there are no mom chairs at the family hotel.

Peaceful break
Lovely, peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is on your doorstep. Local shops for all essentials are 5 minutes walk away with the beach and bars a 5 minute taxi ride.
Travelling solo the room was a perfect fit with a double bed, wardrobe and even a under counter fridge. Seperate bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Would advise anyone thats over 6 foot tall to be aware to duck when getting in and out as the shower screen is very low.
The food at the hotel is very authentic Turkish so if you want a full English you will need to eat out.
Good selection of food and don't miss the cakes at 4 o'clock if you have a sweet tooth.
From beginning to the end the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Please remember their first language is Turkish so they dont always understand but will always make an effort and use Chat GPT or find a colleague who can help.
Overall a great time was had, good weather, friendly family team, good base, lovely pool, restful and peaceful.
