We were satisfied.
This hotel has everything a hotel should have: the food is good, the rooms are nice, the staff is attentive and friendly; it's a top-notch hotel in every way. I especially want to thank Ms. Ece from guest relations; she was very attentive and helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's in Hisarönü, just 5 minutes from the entertainment center, and it has two pools, one with a slide and one without.

A peaceful stay with a few frustrating downsides
We recently returned from a 2-week stay at this hotel. As a 2-star property, it actually surprised us by being exceptionally clean and very peaceful. The location is excellent—tucked away from the main noise of the strip, but still close enough for an easy walk when you want to head out. Most of the staff were friendly, though do be aware that there is a significant language barrier with the majority of the team. During our entire fortnight here, we only met one other British guest; the customer base is predominantly Turkish and Russian, which is worth keeping in mind before you book.
Unfortunately, several issues impacted our overall experience:
Room comfort: The air conditioning was very noisy and cut out multiple times during our stay, which disrupted our sleep.
The Food: Breakfast options were very limited and usually served cold, seemingly catering much more to Turkish and Eastern European tastes than a broader international crowd. We were on a B&B basis but were offered the buffet dinner at a "special price" of 1,000 lira (around £15.60) per person. We tried it but it definitely wasn't worth the money.
Bar & Policy Frustrations: The hotel has a strict policy against bringing outside drinks onto the premises. However, this felt incredibly unfair as we regularly witnessed other families doing exactly that without being stopped. To make matters worse, the hotel drinks are quite overpriced.
Targeted Service: Because other guests didn't seem to be spending money at the hotel, the bar staff constantly targeted my partner and me, repeatedly asking us to buy food and drinks. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible because we were the only ones buying, which grew quite tiring by the end of the trip.If you are looking for a clean, quiet base and plan to eat and drink out for the entirety of your trip, this place does the job. However, the management really needs to address the consistency of their rules, the quality of the breakfast, and the pushy nature of the bar service.

Amazing
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. One thing I really appreciated was seeing women in many important roles, from the front desk to management. They were professional, attentive, and made every part of my stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Levissi. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, from the rooms to the public areas, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
The location is fantastic – perfectly placed for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions, shops and transport links.
All the staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and make sure you have everything you need.
A special mention to Alex in the restaurant – the food here is a real highlight. They serve delicious, authentic local dishes, and breakfast was especially good, with freshly made omelettes cooked to order every morning.
Great service, great food, and great value. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Simple hotel, excellent staff
I travelled to Turkey solo and just needed a few days away when I stumbled into this little gem, what attracted me was the 5* reviews with it actually only being a 2* hotel.
I think it's fair to say that without the staff this would be 3* review, the hotel is simple on facilities and food, but the staff are outstanding.
Staff take pride in their hotel, saw a manager go around and reset all the laid back empty sunbeds so they all looked the same.
Whereas breakfast was small and simple I can't fault the quality of the snack bar, check out the picture of the steak sandwich, absolutely delicious.
As mentioned in other reviews the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, from the tortoise I found my exit to the reception cat that greeted me when I arrived. Big thank you to Veli,
Naksin, and Nur who really shine as staff.
