Fantastic location
Breakfast each morning was absolutely beautiful. All staff very courteous and nothing was too much trouble! Special thanks to Serkan who always had a lovely smile and was very helpful. Would recommend this lovely hotel and will definitely return!

Dirty - avoid at all costs

We arrived late on Monday 23rd March 2026 and on entrance, I knew straight away what a big mistake booking this hotel was.
We knew it was going to be a basic hotel but you expect a certain level of cleanliness.
Wow! Damp mouldy ceilings, dirty bathroom and dirt and mould around the windows.
The bed linen made me itch just looking at it.
Wipe your feet on the way out vibes.
We complained straight away and were shown two other room choices, each being worse than the first.
So at 23:30 after travelling since 08:00 that morning, we decided we could not stay here and headed out along the promenade dragging our suitcases hoping there would be a hotel open with an available room.
We were so lucky to find one about 1/2 mile along and what a difference.
Whilst still here in Calis, I have the painstaking task of trying to contact LoveHolidays to request a refund.
Avoid this hotel if you can as it’s a health hazard.
It’s falsely advertised by Love Holidays and not fit for purpose.
Update: LoveHolidays are stating due to early check out, hotel management are refusing our refund request.

Great value hotel
Upgraded to a seaview, which was the best decision, as the views were amazing.

Hovel
Day one bed wet with damp Went downstairs for a late night drink and the guy said ill just keen the dog sick up
Ridiculous and disgusting
Day 2 relised the ceiling was all over the bed and the bathroom was riddled with damp and the ceiling was all in the shower
Day 3 moved into a new room which to be fair was better but still damp on the walls
We stayed in that room till we left counting the days down
If you are thinking of staying in this slum dont let your kids in the shower they go from stone cold to scoulding and are super dangerous
A couple of the lads are great but the rest couldnt care less
Its like a doss house for the people that run it
They just smoke outside or play pool and the place is a dump
Ill never go back good luck
