The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed, which made our experience even better. Overall, the hotel was clean and pleasant, although the room could use a little more attention to cleanliness, especially the carpet. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service.

I had a very bad stay and experience at this city accept this hotel which turned my last day to a horrible ending. Let us start from the reception field.. We went to the hotel knowing that we will feel comfortable as we are a couple with a baby booking 5 star hotel. They gave us a room on the third floor and the whole floor had a strong smell of painting so we requested to stay in a different floor. We had a room at the first floor we entered and it was a room not even a hostel can have. The room was not clean specially the bathrooms were used. Baby coat the sent was miserable note they offered new one after complaining, I am wondering why they didn’t offer from the beginning?! Let’s come to our bed it was broken from one side and not balanced so impossible to sleep there. The morning stuff didn’t care how to solve our problem until the night shift came and tried to do her best but it was late in the night and after few hours we were leaving as we couldn’t handle the place. Morning shift was rude and not professional at all since the check in ending to check out. She insulted us as no one did before to us just because we were asking out right for a clean room.No one were not knowing how to speak English at the front desk and it was big surprise for me that how works at five star hotel!!

Friendly service and a very successful spa experience

I stayed at the hotel for a day, and all the staff I encountered from A to Z were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, there''s a warm and comfortable feel.
I had the opportunity to use the spa during my stay, and I can recommend it with confidence. Mr. Fevzi’s experience and positive, really good energy helped me with all the stress. I took a massage and bowl foam session from her. Besides, the steam, sauna, and relaxation areas were always attentive and helpful during my time.
A very knowledgeable therapist who truly loves his job. It was valuable for me to have spotted and relieved the problematic areas during the session. With its warm and courteous personality, I can say it adds a special delight to the spa.
I went to the roof bar for dinner. Once again, I remember how much I love antep cuisine. The food tastes and hearty portions were quite satisfying. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I wish I could write everyone’s name and say thank you.
The hotel''s location is quite convenient, too, in the center and convenient transportation.
Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. Recommendation for those on the go, if you don’t go back to the spa it would be a big loss :).

Don’t leave the hotel until the spa

I’ve met therapist fevzi Mr at the spa I’ve been randomly doing his very courteous work, and I would definitely recommend it for a delightful day in the sauna, steam room and all of it

Best choice in Gaziantep

Best place in Gaziantep. Wide rooms, comfortable beds, heating works, beautiful breakfast, very clean hotel, pleasant staff, very central.
