Small rooms, no fridge in the room, the AC turns off by itself after a while. Not what is expected of the Mariott/Sheraton brand.

Couples' Meeting Hotel

Definitely not a family hotel. It is located in a Bohemian region and the hotel is used as a meeting place for couples. We couldn't sleep the night with the noise of the neighboring rooms. We fell into a trap because we thought it was a standard Sheraton hotel, but it is not the case. Only favorable point: the breakfast is of quality.

Of my worst hotel experiences

The rooms are like a box. Insulation is extremely bad in the shower and inside the room. Soundproofing from both the outside and the adjacent rooms is a disaster .Their staff tends to say that we can’t help the customer. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in Bursa is not a hotel I’ll stay on my own if a business travel company doesn’t receive guests.
