FANTASTIC THERMAL RESIDENCES
It feels like a cure, especially in the thermal pool where I enter the pain in my back and shoulders.
I prefer a thermal pool in the room as a priority.
The hotel''s cleanliness calm is very nice. The Warmness of underfloor heated rooms in cold Afyon weather is a great feature.
Price = Very successful property in value.
Thanking all employees who passed through and who managed them.

Must-see sights include Karahisar Castle and Old Afyon Fair Akarçay Cultural Park.

Your reservation via an international online travel agency was explicitly made for 1 guest, yet you arrived as a party of 2. Standard hospitality procedures dictate adjusting rates for additional occupants, and the fee requested was actually discounted below our standard double-occupancy rate. Selecting the correct number of guests during the booking process is entirely the guest's responsibility.
We do not advertise air conditioning on any booking platform. In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability and taking into account Afyonkarahisar’s climate—where high temperatures occur only during a brief period—we operate without AC units. The wall-mounted thermostats are functional components of our winter central heating system.
Despite AC not being an advertised service, our team went out of their way late at night to accommodate your request by providing a portable fan as well as delivering ice directly to your room—purely out of our commitment to guest comfort and service.
You selected a Non-Refundable room category. Moreover, reservations processed through third-party travel agencies are governed by the terms of that platform, meaning any financial adjustments or refund requests must be handled directly through your travel agency.
Cleanliness and quality service remain core priorities for us, as consistently demonstrated by our verified guest feedback. Black mold!!!!!
For the price we paid, we expected basic cleanliness and maintenance, not a health hazard. I’d think twice before booking here until this is properly addressed.
