Not a wedding, but a beginning for happiness.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ajia Hotel and Ms. Nuşe.
This is a very special place that values work ethics and customer satisfaction so much.
I can say that it has the best location and accommodation service you won't find anywhere else in the world.
The location overlooks both bridges across the Bosphorus, and the Marmara Sea is turquoise and very, very clean.
We were so, so happy that we held my son's wedding at the Ajia Hotel, and it made us and our guests very, very happy.
The food, desserts, and rejuvenating massage were excellent.
I am confident that the reason for this excellence is that the manager, Ms. Nuşe, stayed from before the start until the very last minute, showing her guests the Ajia difference.

Please don't get burned.
I stayed at the Ajia Hotel in Istanbul on June 10-11. In total, I paid 22,000 TL for the room, 5,800 TL for food, and 500 TL for valet parking. Despite paying such a high price, our experience was unacceptable in terms of both quality and attitude.
From the moment we checked in, the staff's attitude was extremely disrespectful, and we constantly felt uncomfortable and pressured. Their demanding tone, as if they were asking for money, and their approach that made the guest feel uncomfortable even while providing service, upset us greatly. Everything was problematic, even the room doors were broken, and there wasn't even a basic water heater in the room. The breakfast, both in terms of variety and quality, was extremely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber and at this price point.
Being charged 5,800 TL for just two pieces of chicken was another disappointment. In addition, we paid 500 TL for valet parking. All of this is less about money and more about the poor quality of service provided and the fact that these fees are definitely not worth it. Paying a total of 27,000 TL and having such a terrible experience, especially with our guest also being subjected to the provocative stares and behavior of the staff, was a shameful situation for us. We are not grumpy or difficult people; on the contrary, despite our efforts to be particularly understanding, we encountered an unprofessional approach from the company.
I demand that Ajia Hotel offer a clear apology to both me and my guest for what happened, and that appropriate action be taken against the employees whose behavior was offensive to us. I would also like a refund for the valet and service fees we paid, taking into account this negative experience. I expect this situation to be taken seriously, both in terms of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

We booked a room a week in advance, upon arrival at the hotel we were refused to check in, as we are from Russia.........., no words....

Good experience
I booked it for my mom’s birthday.The restaurant part was very nice, even though we were sitting outside, we never had cold heaters, the staff were all very nice and everyone was very attentive and I was very pleased. Mr. Farat and Mr. Kadir took great care of us. Thank you

Wedding reception
We came from the UK for a wedding reception. It was exceptional. The setting, the food and the hotel facilities. We did not stay but as a wedding venue it was faultless. It is a bit out of the way with nothing around it but for a wedding perfect. You will need the hotel to call you a taxi to leave !
