Great property. Close to shops. Extremely quiet, with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend.

Friendly but a tired receptionist no views from the windows only one Ac for entire family double room reception rooms and the kitchen, only two towels for four of us, the property was quite clean and oder free,

The room was clean. The place is near a bus stop that connects you to Kurtkoy Metro station.

The area is close to the airport. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The staff is helpful.

Could and should be a lot better

Could and should be a lot better, much of the decoration is tired and not of the best quality.
While there are suites of rooms there are a few things which could be improved, for example it's nice to to have tea (chi) in the room there were no spoons to sir it with. The bathroom towel rail fell off the wall, so I hung my wet towel over the wardrobe door to dry, the next evening I found the room service had folded the damp towel and placed it on my bed resulting in a damp bed, not very good.
I am unable to use lifts and need to use the stairs, the hotel locks the access stair so someone had to come and unlock it from the other side before I could go up to my room, very poor
