The property is on the boundary line of polished touristic region and real Turkey. You can experience both. Located in old Constantinople and close to many attractions. Area is safe. Streets toward Bosphorus provide good local food.

I stayed 3 nights at the Baron Hotel in Istanbul and the experience was really disappointing. It started with the coffee bar in the lobby where the lady working there was rude, and the WiFi barely worked the whole time. My room was right under a loud restaurant, and even though the hotel lists all rooms as air-conditioned, the AC didn’t work at all. I had to keep the window open 24/7 just to get some air, which meant constant noise from outside.
Basic amenities were also a problem. The soap dispenser was empty and never refilled, there was no water or tea kettle in the room, no tissue box, and not even a towel rack in the bathroom. The shower water turned cold after five minutes. The fitness center didn’t open until 3:00pm, and the guy working there acted strange and even got angry that I was exercising with a long-sleeve shirt on—he actually wanted me to take it off, which made no sense.
At the reception, only one girl spoke English; the men didn’t and they didn’t smile or engage with guests. Breakfast wasn’t good either—very few options and the boiled eggs were frozen cold. When I called around 7pm on a Saturday to ask about room service and the restaurant, they told me everything was closed.
Even the other guests behaved unusually; people stared in a weird way and the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel like a normal luxury hotel experience.
Overall, nothing matched the way the hotel presents itself, especially the false claim that all rooms are air-conditioned

The perfect hotel!

Got to the hotel early. Despite this immediately moved in and not yet in the usual 3 local, and in the suite room! So we were already very pleased. Perfect cleanliness, helpful staff! Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, care products were supplemented every day, water, tea, coffee every day. The transfer was arranged at a good price. Mustafa bey, the hotel owner helped with everything. The cleaning staff are very attentive and careful. Location is very convenient, nearby shops, restaurants, Veznejiler metro, tram line. I want to celebrate BREAKFAST separately!
In their 20 years of travel to Istanbul, only chain hotels have had such breakfasts. Every day there was everything: tea, coffee, milk, soup, pastries, raisins, curaga, halva, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits. It's fresh! All the best varieties! It was my granddaughter's birthday, surprise! We were very pleased. Thank you so much!!
