Review of Birinci Apart Hotel

A very good hotel for those who want to stay inexpensively and quality for a few days in the most interesting place in Istanbul. The Cathedral of Sophia is forty minutes' walk away. The walk is interesting. The tram takes 20 minutes.
The owner is good. Another man came to our room and refused to charge extra money for another person.
There are many low-cost shops near the hotel. Bus and tram stops.
The room is relatively spacious. Shower and toilet clean. Air conditioning is included in the price and works properly.
The water pressure in the kitchen and the bathroom is excellent. There's hot water.
The laundry is clean.
We paid 200 euros for two people for a week. And in Alanya, they paid 70 euros per night in a similar hotel.
The noise of the city is not conveyed because the hotel stands sideways to the streets and opposite is also another hotel.
In short, life is a pleasure.

Not reliable and professional

I am very dissapointed. Birinci Apart hotel cancelled my reservation on day of my arrival and I was at hotel in time but there wasn't any place to stay for me and my family.
"As a reason of cancellation" is not responding on e-mail in four minutes on day of arrival.
On a day of arrival I got e-mail to check my credit card at 6 p.m and in next 4 minutes hotel canceled my reservation. So there was't any chance to check the credit card in four minutes what they ask for, that was unreasonible and impossible request.
My credit card was payable all the time for sure. The hotel has just needed any reason to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation of reservation in time of arrival without no reason considering very unprofessional and this hotel definitely is not reliable.
P.S. There wasn't any parking except on the street in front of the door even hotel is decsribed as a hotel with free parking place.

Не бронируйте этот отель! Это жулики! Если не сказать хуже.

Отель находится с маленьком и грязном переулке, где ошиваются подозрительные по внешности люди. У отеля даже нет нормального рисепшина. Вместо него - маленькая стойка на входе в подъезд, похожая на ящик. В этом ящике сидит.... кривоногий карлик (в полном смысле этого слова). Даже голова его не торчит, будто там никого нет. Этот карлик не говорит ни на русском, ни на английском. Я понимаю, человек с физическими недостатками, но зачем так пугать и давить уставших с дороги клиентов! Мы забронировали этот отель через "Островок", потому что Букингком с территории Турции не работает (!!!). Бронирование было нам официально подтверждено. Мы явились в назначенное время в этот "отель". Но с помощью русскоговорящей уборщицы выяснилось, что никакого бронирования у нас нет. И мест в этом "отеле" будто бы нет. Это была очень неприятная и гнусная сцена! После бессонной ночи мы с трудом добрались с чемоданами до этого отеля. А нас напугали и прогнали из этого гадюшника. За углом мы, конечно, сразу сняли другой отель, но нам нанесли сильный моральный вред. Мы - туристы и ни на что не жалуемся. Готовы к любым испытаниям, тем более в Турции. Но почему "Островок" и его партнеры никак не контролируют заявленные отели?.

une bonne situation geographique

Le personnel de l'hotel est agreable , tres accessible ,les chambres sont grandes pour la proprete le nettoyage est a la demande , l'inconvenient y'a pas d'ascenseur , il y'a pas d'isolation phonique .
