Super welcoming and available staff

Great experience!
I stayed for 5 days.
The staff is very welcoming and does not hesitate to make themselves available if you need help.
The rooms and bathrooms are clean.
The bar with a terrace is very nice.
Special shout-out to Burak and Efe who are super nice, they gave me lots of good advice for my stay!
I recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hostel experience in Istanbul. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is very social and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Chill, social vibes in the middle of historic Istanbul

The second of my two Cheers experiences, and the one that made me realize how clever these people who own Cheers are. If the main Cheers is all about partying, the Lighthouse is about relaxation and Midtown is about nightlife, this one is all about being social in a low-key (but fun) way.
The location here is great if you want to really sink your teeth into Sultanahmet. It's in a quiet little pocket full of hotel and restaurant that's all super touristy and yet somehow charming. Public transit and crowds are a short walk away, which keeps it quiet.
The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. The bar on the roof is an excellent place to hang, work, have a beer and meet people. True, there's no lift to get you up there, but a few stairs just burn off the free breakfast.

The view and location win

Good - Great location, within walking distance of a lot of places of interest, as well as a tram stop and underground station. The common area at the top and some of the private rooms have a view out to the Bosphorus in the distance which was beautiful. The breakfast was better than many other hostels I've visited.
Could-be-better - The bathroom (private room) lacked proper ventilation (also an unpleasant smell from the drain). The fixtures also need some repair since there was a leak and the bathroom floor was always wet. Overall, cleanliness could across the hostel could be better.

Excellent attention

Just loving and friendly attention, nothing has been missing for me these days. Their services are excellent and the party they offer on Fridays are a success
