Lovely hotel

We stayed here for one night. Our first time in Istanbul whenever I send a message they respond right away giving information. The staff/owner send a person to pick us up from Ataturk airport without any charged (but we miss it). I read my email after the fact. The hotel is new and clean, nice restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel. Very helpful staff. One staff prepared our breakfast at 5am and call a cab for us and wait outside in cold air to make sure the cab see the hotel. The hotel is not in busy area and new. We love to recommend this hotel to our friends. Lovely stay.

A TRUSTED SERVICE!
If you want to be humiliated with your money and converse with ridiculous people, you can go. If you’re going to stay in any park and do it on the bench, it’s probably more comfortable and safer, as if the rooms don’t smell enough of cigarettes inside. There’s no way to heat up at the hotel because the air conditioning doesn’t work either. If you ask hotel staff to change rooms, they’re lying, saying we don’t have rooms available. They also charge extra for the rooms that are available over the money you already spend. If you’d like to cancel your booking, they say we can’t do it here and you’ll do so on the site. If you cancel via the site, they'll tell the staff members of the site that we're smoking in all of our clean rooms and we're changing rooms, they won't agree, etc. Don’t tell guys I’m complaining about you, because they’ll pass the answers where you want them. Thank God, I’m recording all of my phone calls, but I have proof to file a complaint. I mean, if these are the only hotels in Koskoca Istanbul I’d be stuck in bank cards. And if I burn the money for them, I'll keep it warm, at least the money would have worked.

If you want to be embarrassed with your money and deal with ridiculous people, you can go. If you go to any park and make your stay on the bench, it will probably be more comfortable and safe, as the rooms inside smell like carrion and smoke like cigarettes are not enough. When you go to the hotel, there is no method for heating because their air conditioner does not work either. If you request a room change to hotel employees, they say that we do not have available rooms. They also demand extra money for the available rooms on top of the money you would already give in vain. If you want to cancel your reservation, they say that we cannot make it here, and they say that you will make it through the site. If you cancel through the site, the employees of the site are smoking in all of our rooms are clean, we said we should change rooms, they did not accept, etc. They lie again. Don't tell the men that I will complain about you because they will give you the answers wherever you want them to give you a warning. Thankfully, I record all my phone calls and have evidence to present to the channels I will complain about. In short, if these are the only hotel in Istanbul, I will lay down a bank cardboard. I'll burn the money I'll give them, and I'll warm myself up, at least my money will be useful.

The hotel's service was very good. Originally there were no two connected rooms. The hotel staff tried to give us two. The service is not to say. The location is average, because we have someone to pick up and pick up, close to where the customer lives. I thought about what happened in the past, went to live there, and later did not go for other reasons. Hotel staff are more enthusiastic.

Confort at it's best...

Nice decoration, but you must not look at the details. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. Wi-fi is ok. The breakfast is the only point that I think need to ben improved. However, you won't leave the hotel hungry.

Good for Business in Local Area

Stayed here for a week on business. Not the easiest of hotels to fine, even local taxi drivers have difficulty and it is quite a trip from the closest Metro station. Hotel itself is OK, Wifi ok if sometimes very slow. No meals available in the hotel in the evening but the guy on reception was more than happy to get a take away delivered to the hotel. My room wasn't cleaned on one of the days, quite why I wasn't sure about. Overall hotel is good if needing to stay local to the area but would not be convenient for Istanbul in general.
