Very enjoyable escape away from the bustle of Istanbul.

A rustic looking hotel in a peaceful setting, close to a local beach. The rooms are located in a stone built block, each with a little balcony to sit out on. Lovely pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The hotel and rooms were all well maintained and spotlessly clean with friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast included in my stay was basic but adequate. Food choices for evening meals, however, were pretty good.

We have rarely been to a place where the staff are so nice! The rooms are small but in good condition. The pool area is fabulous. We thought it deserved an extra star ! We stayed for four nights and had four delicious dinners, it was such a restful time! The views over the sea were a delightful bonus. A nice break overall!

Excellent holiday on the beautiful Black Sea coast of Turkey! Location is easy to visit, from Istanbul's new airport

I recommend this hotel for family vacation! Beautiful location in the very cozy and friendly town of Šiele. Istanbul is easily accessible by public transport, although Shila has everything for leisure! People are so pleasant you dissolve into bliss! Beautiful beaches and restaurants, shops. Special mention to the hotel staff - people so caring and kind that they seem to know in advance what you want. And the hotel itself is excellent, with its territory, kitchen, swimming pool, location it really allows you to forget about the bustle.

Black Sea Pearl

The Fener Motel in Shila is a wonderful meal for families or couples to relax in. Very cozy territory, great food, great staff! It is very easy to get from Istanbul both by taxi and public transport. The hotel's infrastructure allows you to stay away from the town at all, although Shiel has plenty to see! The beach is a three-minute walk away, clean and comfortable.

Friendly, cozy and clean stay

We had a wonderful stay for a week here. Very good value for the money! Very friendly and polite service. Good food (we had half board). Cozy and shady outdoors with chickens and cats keeping us company. Very nice and well kept pool Easy walking distance to the beach. Vi booked online and communicated with the Motel online before our arrival, and Fener answered quickly and fourthcoming! The staff not very good in english or german but we got along easily with google translate. A perfect spot along the Black Sea Coast from where we took daytrips to Istanbul, The Bosphorus Strait, the local old windmill (only 1,5 km further east along the main road and of course Sile town it self.
