Find something better
Well... location is good. That's all. Service...no (with the exception of one guy who helped me with carrying my luggage...thank you!). But I moved out earlier cause I had to. I tried to contact the hotel. Nobody replied to me. I wanted to get my money back for 5 unused days. Nothing. Guys, if you wanna keep your business, do something for keeping it! So far, I can say....don't go there.

Google map and the location of the hotel does not match. The signage of the hotel just stated hotel. Really have to go to the gate and see.

Terrible relationship
The room is not bad, the staff at the reception are not polite, I would have had breakfast included, they just stupidly didn’t want to reveal the fact that I was not at all organized at breakfast one day, two people were only adequate and this was the cleaning lady and the guy with a ponytail at the reception , I was there for 14 nights from 13.08 to 27.08, my personal opinion is not recommended ❌️

This was the best economy class hotel
This is the most terrible place in Istanbul. Don't take this hotel ever. I had a reservation through a tour operator. There should have been a double room. Spacious. But it turned out that, in fact, for this money, a closet without windows and the smell of mold is terrible. The money was not returned. The administration does not speak Russian. I was ready to spend the night on the street. But it was impossible to stay in the room for a minute. Another moment when I arrived at the hotel and went up to my room. The room wasn't even cleaned. They cleaned up in front of me. This is hospitality and making money from tourists. Next time I will read reviews and not trust tour operators.

This message is in an approach that I would describe as "citizen of the world" and aims to inform and warn future tourists of existing scams. I've never published an opinion but he can't stay like that.
This is not a hotel but a disaster... Not suitable for families. The most worrying thing is that they are defrauding the customer. They will make you pay twice or they will refuse to give you a room despite your reservation (supporting documents). No management system exists in this hotel, apart from finding schemes to defraud the customer...
Here is my case (please read in full before thinking about booking this hotel).
I booked with a website (hotel.com) and I showed them my reservation number as well as the receipt issued by the website.
The receptionist doesn't look at me and doesn't give me a room. He speaks to me condescendingly. They told me they wouldn't charge my card, but the next day my card was charged and they refused to give me a room beforehand. They have serious problems with their IT and are probably double booking, so you are not sure of getting your room even though you have already paid for it... The staff completely ignored me and they refused to give me a room. Is this professional behavior?
Unprofessional hotel and should definitely be avoided.
Hotel. Com or other platforms should put this hotel on a blacklist.
Finally, the other opinions are also in line with mine, particularly regarding the scam part.
My advice: pay a little more for a room but don't book in this hotel because you risk paying a lot of money and you won't be happy.
