What's worse!

Dirty hotel in an incredible spot. I've never stayed in anything like that. I was disappointed. All old and poorly preserved. The cleanliness is insufficient. Walls, doors, surfaces, drawers, closets, carpets!!!Other room you close another give you. Breakfast base with rude employees. There's no coffee for everyone. Generally, whoever got it got it. Under no circumstances would I ever subject myself again to such misery

The room was in poor condition, with a poorly renovated interior. The space was very tight. The breakfast was unappetizing, often missing essential dishes and not being restocked promptly. While the kitchen and cleaning staff were friendly, we had to repeatedly ask the manager for basic items like changing bedsheets or bringing a garbage bin that they had forgotten to provide.

Worst ever hotel experience

DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID. What a disgusting hotel. Made a huge mistake. Was meant to stay here for 3 night. We arrived late and thank god it was dark! One sleep and we checked out. Had to find another place. Staff were rude at check in, didn't speak any English. When in the room the place was filthy. Wallpaper hanging off, only one working light bulb, dirty tissues on the floor and above the wardrobe and could here next door talking and using the toilet. Sockets hanging off the wall and the hairdryer in the bathroom stuck to tje wall with cellotape. Didn't even stay for breakfast, we left as soon as we woke.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend
I visited this hotel with my mother and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff were strange and unhelpful. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised online – very misleading.
The biggest issue was hygiene. On the first night, I was bitten by bed bugs. I showed the bites to the staff, but they did nothing about it. The mattresses are clearly very old, and the washrooms had visible mold. Breakfast was the same every morning with limited options, and no one spoke fluent English, which made communication very difficult.
There is an older man working at the hotel who was particularly rude. When I asked him to change our room, he ignored me and acted as if he couldn't hear. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable.
This hotel is extremely outdated, and I strongly believe other guests may also experience issues like bed bugs. Please don’t be fooled by the photos or some of the reviews. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
