Lack of Control, Hostility Towards Hygiene, and Insecurity

It has become a place where a lot of disrespectful people are let in. The customer base is on the verge of becoming a group that disrupts family harmony. Everyone is listening to music loudly. The people who were let in were spewing profanity.
It's the summer of 2026, and the only thing that's regularly changed and cleaned are the garbage bags; everything else is extremely dirty.
We're not just hygienists, it's genuinely disgusting, it's a disease.
The toilets are like the dirtiest in the country. He's actually better even in the army. It's as if there's an aversion to hygiene; the water suddenly and frequently stops while showering. Sometimes the water doesn't come at all. This is outrageous. We regret it, we deeply regret it. For the past three years, it has been becoming an increasingly dangerous place. My score is 1. The company needs to change itself first, then the infrastructure. If you are with family or your girlfriend, pay attention to these things.

It was a complete disaster.

Our noses are stuffy from the smell of the toilet, and nobody's cleaning it. There is no water in the showers or toilets. And when you want to report a problem, the first question they ask is, "Where do you live?" It happens. There is water in the stone houses, but campers are having a miserable holiday. We didn't even go into the pool because it was so dirty. We definitely won't be coming back, I'm so annoyed. I especially wanted to leave a review to inform people who might be planning to come here.

It's not worth it.

Sahil Camp İstanbul unfortunately drifted far from its former quality.
First of all, the cleanliness level has dropped significantly. If the summer season hasn’t officially opened yet, then instead of keeping the prices high, they should be adjusted according to the service quality. In its current state, the price we paid was definitely not worth it.
The soap provided felt more like floor cleaning detergent , watery and ineffective. The room cleanliness was also inadequate; neither the appearance nor the smell gave any sense of a clean environment.
Additionally, the heating was not working. Even though we reported it three times, we were brushed off with “We turned it on, it will start heating soon.” But it never heated up, and we had prepared based on the assumption that it would work. We ended up freezing, and our night was ruined.
In short, the price/service balance has completely deteriorated, the service quality has declined, and the staff’s communication has lost its professionalism. This campground, which we once used to visit happily, has seriously disappointed us after this experience.

All failed. The room never gets too cold. 2. We were cold even though I didn’t want the jerk. You can’t take a shower in the bathroom because it’s Siberian cold. We bought a room with a fireplace, no wood. I bought 250pcs of wood and there’s nothing to buy. Referred to the market. They sold rooms with breakfast. When I saw eyelashes on other tables, I asked the waitress to have our egg punched. They said it would be boiled eggs. An awful breakfast arrived. Whiskey-white eggs, plastered jam, cooked eggs are something you’ll never eat. The view is beautiful, so I told you the breakfast was very poor quality, with a good price. In short, it’s nothing short of the view. Never make Recommendations. Never go again.
