Beautiful stay at the Senatus Hotel

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Istanbul's historic district
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Polite, sympathetic, honest and soulful staff,attentive service,daily quality room cleaning. You can always have a delicious and nutritious meal for breakfast. I strongly suggest you try their sauces/snacks.
Downstairs is a restaurant with fine cuisine and service, guest discount. They always dined only in this restaurant, treated to very delicious freshly made tortillas with sauces and pakhlava.
We were promptly assisted in dealing with questions and seeking assistance from staff. No request was ignored.
Special thanks to the hotel receptionist who, after his day at work, offered his help and came with us to look for our daughter's lost phone! Which is exactly what we found with it! Definitely advise this hotel!

Senatus. Excellent choice for you first visit to Istanbul

The experience was very good. Everything was as advertised. Excellent location, good breakfast. The noise level was acceptable. The staff was very friendly. Mustafa and the other reception staff were excellent. We only suggest improving the room cleaning.

Calm and well

Stayed with a friend for four nights. I liked the fact that the hotel is very quiet: no noise of neighbors, and in general the soundproofing is good. I liked the breakfast and the service. The location is very comfortable: as close as possible to the main attractions and public transport stops. But the street itself is calm enough, and that's a plus for me. And it was nice before we left. We waited outside for the shuttle at the hotel restaurant, but we had no money left for anything. They gave us tea and lemonade, entertained us with social conversation. A good place to relax (and you need it, considering how much you have to walk around town to see everything!)

Hei, room was ok, but glass door with no lock this not ok.
Every thing else was fine but last day Ac was not working i said many times but not listen me.
Shamsia and Aisha was very nice womens.
