Clean, quiet and modern rooms. Excellent amenities such as hot water kettle, USB charger on the power outlet, slippers etc. Staff was courteous and professional.

Disappointing

The hotel is not as small as the pictures and I didn't use bad toilet and shower in terms of cleanliness. I was in a shameful state, waiting for a long time for room cleaning but found myself in a disaster-like environment and then had to exchange myself for a different room. I have printed videos and photos.I don’t do that because it would be embarrassing to share. I encourage those staying to take another thought.

Wedding meeting

We were Customers for my daughter's wedding with over 40 people. We have been exceptionally well received. The Service was excellent the guys in the service super friendly and helpful. Desk staff super helpful and also friendly. All in all our stay 6 nights was super magical and contributed for beautiful memories of the wedding.

Thank you for the staff, especially Mrs Ayşe was very interested

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I haven't encountered any more attentive and responsive staff than Mrs. Ayşe. Hotel price is well above expectation. rooms are good, beds and pillows are comfortable.
