The location is a recommendation to any of the rare hotels in Istanbul, where you can stay with 5 Ace comforts.You have to try it.It deserves your hard work.

Terrible.

If you don't want to be disappointed with your holiday in Istanbul, don't book this hotel!!!! Very small rooms, very poor noise insulation, it felt like I was sleeping on a roadside shop, it's terrible. I was with a friend and there was 1 blanket in the room, I didn't want to sleep under the same blanket, the reception said they would solve the issue, but only brought the blanket when we went down to the reception for the third time and started asking in raised tones. We booked a superior room, but it was no bigger than a rat hole, there was nowhere to put the suitcase, a wardrobe 25 centimetres deep and things just couldn't be put in it. Not recommended!!!

If you don't want to waste your money then avoid this hotel!!

Worst hotel ever! Contacted them directly on whatsapp for booking to avoid being scammed, but got scammed even more. First off all you don't get the room you book. The rooms are different than the pictures they post, very small and nasty, when you arrive they give you a room in the lower class than what you paid for and say all rooms all full. As you can see in the pictures, the room was full of bugs and even though they medicated the room twice the bugs were still there, lots of them! It was so disgusting.
They also had dirty duvet cover, cleaning lady who doesn't change bed linen and dirty towels everyday.
Never encountered such unhelpful staff and bad service! Breakfast is the same every day and it costs if you want something extra like just juice. (350 tl) Breakfast comes after an hour after ordered and horrible staff working at breakfast.
Almost everyone who worked there was very rude and didn’t Even say hi as long as they receive payment from you for the room they no longer care about your comfort during your stay. The water stopped twice and we had to wait over an hour to get water back, as well as no lights in the hallways
The walls in the rooms were not tight at all and you can hear both music from the zebra bar on top of the hotel and we heard several times during our stay dissatisfied customers complaining about what they had received for that price. the police are also outside the hotel 24/7 because there has been an armed attack not long ago in the hotell. all in all it was simply a terrible hotel. The only thing that was positive was the location, otherwise the whole experience was horrible.

This hotel has serious issues and should not be listed as an option on Expedia. The elevator was out of order when my parents checked in, and my 80-year-old father and mother had to go up to the 6th floor with two heavy luggage. The room window opens to the back of an air conditioner fan with a strange smell and annoying noise. The room itself also smells like sewage. The stairs looked scary and really old. The only positive part of their stay was the restaurant view, which was fabulous, but overall, I would avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

Very Unique hotel with an amazing restaurant with open views of the Bosporous. Conveniently located next to Galataport. We will be staying here again.
