I recommend!!!

I recommend 100/100. The hotel is clean, staff is really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to high street, grand bazar and sea. Lovely breakfast, simple but tasty!
The mans from the reception very kind and professionall.
We will come back, definitely

Worst hotel experience

Worst hotel experience ever
This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked in advance, but due to severe weather, my flight was canceled—completely out of my control. I informed the hotel immediately and sent all necessary proof, yet they ignored my messages and refused to offer any solution.
Even after Booking.com advised me to contact the manager directly, the hotel still refused to help. They used an uncontrollable situation to charge me for my stay, which is absolutely disgraceful.
Their customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel—especially in case of unexpected events.

You can go to this hotel with complete confidence!

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at this hotel.
The rooms are exactly like in the presentation photos. The hotel is clean (rooms are cleaned daily), and the breakfast is fresh.
Check-out is at 12:00, but without any issues, our luggage was safely stored until 18:00.
The hotel is located right across the street from the Grand Bazaar and very close to all the main tourist attractions.
The reception staff speak English, which is exceptional, as it is quite rare in Istanbul.
For my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

It would be enough to try a little

Nice structure, rooms quite nice, but unfortunately not in the details we Italians are used to. The breakfast only salty and then after paying for it, we were forced to take it out, because x the boys there was nothing sweet and not even a cappuccino, only warm milk and ready-made coffee put there in a teapot. I personally had problems of blackout and lack of towels already just entered. My friend was moved from room to room when she was already settled, so she had to pack again, it was not a nice thing. If you were wrong to give me the room, you had to fix the problem.... another sore point is the narrow entrance road. Dirty and dark, the evening made me
Fear. Instead the other side was full of restaurants.
Located cmq near the grand bazaar and in the square where the tram T1 .cmq departs it was enough to do a few hundred meters and be in a nice neighborhood.
