Excellent
We all enjoyed it nice and cozy and not far from the center. In the evening it was not boring at all here there were many restaurants and shops you can walk and very beautiful. The staff are very polite and pleasant.

The rating it has is fictitious. Make sure in advance.
The hotel is acceptable, although it does not meet the expectations for the price paid. The cleanliness is excellent, one of its strong points. Additionally, they had several thoughtful gestures that are greatly appreciated: they gave us a scarf upon check-in and some souvenirs when we left. They also stored our luggage for the entire day since our flight left at night, and they allowed us to check in before the scheduled time.
Regarding the staff, they are extremely friendly, to the point of being somewhat uncomfortable. Every time you enter the hotel, regardless of the time, the receptionist stands up from the chair to greet you and start a conversation, even when they see that you are not inclined to talk.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired. At first glance, it seems very varied, but the quality and taste are quite improvable. There is no coffee maker; they only offer instant coffee and powdered milk.
The room is acceptable and very clean, although the bathroom is very small. The sink is tiny, making it practically impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without getting the floor wet.
Another drawback is that there is no elevator to access the rooms. There is an elevator, but it serves a parallel building and not the building where the hotel rooms are located, so you have to climb the stairs.
The location is the worst. Although it is relatively close to the Cemberlitaş station (T5 line), about an eight-minute walk, the access is very uncomfortable. To reach the area with more atmosphere and the station, you have to climb very steep hills, which makes it practically impossible to move with luggage, especially because the streets are in quite poor condition. I would only recommend this location to young people, in good physical condition, and who travel with little luggage.
What we liked the least was the staff's insistence after check-out for us to leave a rating of 10 on Booking. Although we told them that we preferred to write the review later and at our leisure, they asked us to open the app in front of them and rate all sections with a 10. I believe that this type of pressure can explain, at least in part, the high rating that the hotel has on the platform.

Vary friendly, helpful and caring personnel. Small but cozy and clean room. Great location near sights and restaurants. Good value for money.

We stayed at the Zeyn Hotel and we really had a great time.
From the moment we arrived, the staff proved to be extremely kind, professional, and always available. During our stay, a few minor inconveniences arose, but they were resolved quickly and effectively, demonstrating great attention to the guests and a sincere willingness to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
A special thanks goes to all the staff, always ready to give valuable advice about Istanbul, suggest places to visit, and help with any needs, always with a smile.
The breakfast was excellent, varied, and abundant, perfect for starting the day before exploring the city.
