Great
The breakfast was especially wonderful, Chef Yalçın was fantastic, his team was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff were hospitable.

2 elevators for the whole hotel are not enough. Especially around the rush hours.
Modern hotel next to a modern mall, overall good experience.
They want you to have a swim cap to use pool, bring your own.
Pool is a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures.

I don't know what to say.
The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. The room got hot at night and we couldn't adjust the temperature, so we slept with the window open. The sheet had a tear, and when I showed it to the housekeeper, I explained that the dirty sheets were sent down from upstairs via a channel, and sometimes tears like this could occur due to snags in the material of the channel. They offered to change rooms, but I declined because I didn't want to wait for a room that had already been cleaned. But they should have changed rooms sooner. The room temperature control and linen selection are not befitting the Dedeman brand. Two elevators on the 21st floor are insufficient, and when those in charge disregard everyone's rights, you waste time waiting. The driveway in front of the hotel entrance was very narrow, and because there were so many cars and no space, we had to carry our luggage in the rain. This is a structural defect, just like the elevators. I don't think there's a solution. After reading another review about the condition of the covered parking lot, I thought, "Thank goodness our car was parked in the open air here." We thanked the valet for this, but we were advised that there might be confusion due to the crowds the next day, so we should pick up our key from reception. It seems there's a security flaw in the vehicle. The restaurant doesn't serve meals to individual customers in the evening, but room service is available. If the kitchen is suitable, why can't we eat comfortably at a table in the restaurant? Anyway, there's a shopping mall nearby, so we ate there. At breakfast, the tables were cramped and some were right next to each other. When you can't find a seat, you end up sitting with strangers.

Disappointment
From the very first moment of our stay, we encountered a serious comfort problem. The temperature in our room was 26 degrees Celsius, and it was impossible to sleep comfortably in that environment. When we reported the situation to the reception, we were informed that the air conditioning operates via a central system and cannot be switched from hot to cold mode. The staff were very polite and helpful, we felt they were trying to assist, but unfortunately no solution was offered.
We couldn't sleep comfortably throughout the night due to the heat, and this seriously negatively affected our accommodation experience. It was truly disappointing to encounter such an air conditioning problem at a well-established and large hotel like Dedeman. The inability to control room temperature, which is one of the most fundamental aspects of guest comfort, is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, it was a far less than we expected, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.
We couldn't sleep comfortably throughout the night due to the heat, and this seriously negatively affected our accommodation experience. It was truly disappointing to encounter such an air conditioning problem at a well-established and large hotel like Dedeman. A sleepless night, unworthy of Dedeman quality.
We chose the Dedeman brand expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for.
The biggest and most annoying problem we faced was the air conditioning. Our room was a full 26 degrees Celsius, and it was absolutely impossible to relax or sleep in that oppressive heat. When we reported the situation to management, they stated that the air conditioners operate via a central system and therefore could not be switched from heating to cooling mode. It's truly surprising to encounter such an inflexible and outdated infrastructure problem at such a renowned, large hotel.
I will unfortunately not have a good memory of an establishment where even a basic accommodation need like room temperature couldn't be adjusted to the guest's comfort, and where no solution was found. It was an experience where we went to relax but ended up even more tired.
