Bad choice

Maximum 1 star not more
Unfriendly receptionist
Very old furniture and vanities
Rusty faucet (look at photo)
No tissues in the room
In the shower there are two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel .
Empty refrigerator
Be sure to take adapter with you because they don't have one
My advice don't go there

Staff was very actful and helpful. But the room was average and old fashioned/designed. Our sink was broken and it hasn't let water drainage. Breakfast was adequate and chefs were responsive for guest's requests. I may stay again if the prices drop because these price levels deserve more perfection.

Don't dress like this as a family of four.

If you go as a family of 4
1 double bed 1 single bed
There is
If you ask for an extra bed, the staff says there isn't enough space and they won't give you one.
They say the truck has changed rooms.
The reception knows nothing about it.
neither information nor guidance
Standard room for 2 people
Deluxe room for 3 people
The hotel is 5 stars but the staff is indifferent.

It's a nightmare to stay in Grand Hotel Konya

I checked in to room 1503 in 26 June, 2026 at about 17:40. The air conditioner is a nightmare. Even the air conditioner was fully function, the room temperature at 02:48 is still as high as 26.0 degrees. I complained with the stuff in the front desk of lobby, she said a technician will come to see what's wrong with it. However, even I have checked out the hotel, the technician has never come. In that night, I have to nake and could not have a good sleep.
The grand hotel Konya, the one I will never come back.
