My guests and I were very pleased.
My family, who are from Mardin, stayed at Dara Konak for two days as guests. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their friendly service. We really liked the hotel and its rooms; it's among the first hotels that come to mind when you think of Mardin.

we were embarrassing our money, we were hungry
I went with my wife and two little boys and we were humiliated with our money.On the first entrance they asked for cash and put us in a bad shortage.The bathroom was constantly shut down, there was no sweat, there was a lot of slopes I got sick, the lighting outlet breakfast was very bad, even the second day, the fries or yesterday or came from someone else's plate, the boy who operated nothing, I already didn't know anything, I'm going to the mall.

Never go—there are so many that no parking is available for any reason—you're going down the stairs from a ridiculous spot, no walk! No TV in the rooms, no hot water, no hicbisey working in the toilet fountain! And when we put these out, we get a cvp so we can come and do it after 10 and then what are you going to do with the no-functioning spring after that hour ? I've had a bad experience I'm writing this review so you don't, and yet anyone who goes to know what I mean will know what I mean despite all that

Mardin Dara Cottage
I've Traveled So Long I haven't had such a bad stay. The guesthouse is beautiful 700 years old, it goes over a woman and a young child, hygiene is not bad room cleaning, we had purchased a breakfast in the room, place breakfasts in size of 1 tablespoon to 3 cats, 10 minutes waiting for bread from the store. On the first day, the fire from the electric grid burned my son's hand, the phone burned from the charging, the air conditioning didn't work, hot water came later, and I bought an ETS tour a long time ago because of this Recommendation. I suggest better Lodges, but Mardin is a must-see.

Sad Experience..
We stayed with my wife for the night of 11 May - 12 May 2024. The hotel is located in a lower street of the central street. Walking distance to historical places. It is a business with a total of 10 rooms. Parking is already a general problem for Mardin. Thanks to Kadir, the employee of the business, who helped us as much as he could regarding the parking issue. As for the rooms, the room we stayed in was adequate in terms of cleanliness. They divided the bathroom-WC section into the room like a cabin. Fortunately, we were not exposed to the sewer smell because we kept the door closed. The TV in our room was faulty and although we learned that the hotel was aware of this situation, the repair was still not carried out. This was a negative situation. Other than that, the rest of the room was sufficient. The ambiance of the hotel is nice, especially enjoyable in the evening and night hours. The terrace is pleasant. However, improvements need to be made in terms of decoration and usage on the terrace. When you look at the surrounding hotel terraces, you will understand the situation. Coming to the breakfast issue; I want to sing praises here, but I don't think it will do any good. To summarize; Fries and eggs, which should have been served hot, were cold. We explained the situation politely. No one shook it. Potatoes are being prepared in the morning!!!! This was the answer we got. Small grains of a single type of cheese were brought, which were tried to be enriched by adding black sesame seeds on top. Unfortunately, the answer we received to the question "Do we not have tomatoes and cucumbers, which are indispensable for the table?" was that we do not have them. We only saw that 2-3 slices of tomatoes went to the side table (thanks for request). We clearly understood that the 2 female staff working in this department were not very solution-oriented. We did not see any other personnel other than Kadir. Unfortunately, we were saddened to see that he had little to do with this industry and how novice he was.
I regret to say that today, even in the worst hotel, you can have a better and more diverse breakfast. It is obvious that the people who praise the breakfast in the comments do not have any other hotel experience.
As a result, we had a hotel experience that was central and beautiful in terms of location, but mediocre in terms of business approach. It was a business I would never choose again.
