Holiday

I would wholeheartedly give the hotel a 5/5 rating for cleanliness. The rooms were really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its central location offers a great advantage in terms of transportation.
Just a small note; personal care products (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are not provided in the rooms. That's why I recommend you bring it with you. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay and it's a hotel I would generally recommend.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH YOUR MARDIN OSMAN GUEST.

We went with the family on 10/26/25. We had a short 3-day stay. It was well-situated in the heart of Old Mardin. Benefit it’s centralized. They took care of the smiling porters. The breakfast was good at the buffet. We were pleased. If we go to Mardin, this is where we’ll go again.

Experience the history of Mardin with comfort

It was a truly wonderful stay. The historic fabric and stone architecture of the mansion embody the Mardin spirit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is super attentive and friendly. The view is especially stunning at sunset. Would highly recommend Recommendation for anyone on their way to Mardin.

This location is undoubtedly at the heart of Mardin and offers a central and convenient setting. However, parking is a significant challenge, especially on weekends, and I would recommend visiting on weekdays if possible. The facility is in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, which was not in acceptable condition during my visit. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of proper parking and upkeep detracts from the experience.
