An average experience

We stayed overnight on a tour of Cappadocia. We were first pleased that we were 3 people and they provided 2 bedroom family rooms. The location was close to the market, Shopping center, etc. We stayed on 5th floor overlooking the front street. We had no shortage of cleanliness. The dining and breakfast were not a very luxurious experience, but we fed up. We’re already looking for luxury in tour hotels. We had no trouble with the staff.

Welcoming and A Great Source of Help

I was passing through Nevsehir and I needed some help with transportation to get to the main Neveshir Bus Station. I had limited and poor Turkish but the hotel receptionist and staff kindly offered me their help. Within minutes, I was in a taksi going to the Bus Station that I needed to. The staff were a delight and, while I did not stay with them, I am sure their hospitality will be equally as excellent.

Beyond awful.....

The furniture in the room is falling apart, the room is stuffy because there is no glass, but it is the size of a bird's nest and you cannot open it on the ceiling... an ashtray was placed in the room and I called the reception and said I think there is smoking in the room, and the child said yes, but do not smoke unless you have to I have been a tourism professional for so many years, this is really it. I have never seen such an amateur and dilapidated hotel. I stayed in many hotels in Cappadocia, but unfortunately this was the worst one Normally, I took an SGL room, but my fiancée said he would come in the evening and I informed the reception, of course I know there will be a price difference :)) My fiancée went to ride the balloon in the morning, and when I was leaving in the morning, I said I would pay the difference for the extra person, guys, dbl Instead of charging the room difference, they charged me an additional SGL room fee, that is, they had no idea about the supplement. Anyway, I paid and left. I will never stay again and I do not recommend it it's a shame for your money. It also failed in terms of cleanliness because the radiator and toilet paper holder in the bathroom were covered in dust comments Definitely read it. I didn't read it and I regretted finding this place. Believe me, there are better hotels in the region.
A funny thing that caught my attention during the check-in was that she was praising herself in the lobby to a gentleman who I thought was the lady boss working there. There's nothing wrong with that, of course, I heard her say that she only knew Ottoman Turkish and it seemed interesting Anyway, the hotel hosts Ottomans from now on
