In the comfort of home

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Gaziantep Divan Hotel. The hotel's hygiene, comfort, and overall organization were truly excellent. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The care and attention to detail shown in cleaning the room was commendable.
All hotel staff are friendly, respectful, and provide service with a focus on guest satisfaction. We would especially like to thank Mr. Cengiz from the social services/housekeeping team for his dedicated work, meticulousness, friendly demeanor, and courteous approach. Thanks to her meticulous and professional approach to room cleaning, we felt right at home.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gaziantep; it offers service that exceeds expectations in terms of hygiene and comfort. We would like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Cengiz, and wish them continued success.

Complete disappointment.

Our stay at Divan Gaziantep was unfortunately a complete disappointment. We checked in as two adults and one baby. The receptionist told us the room we had booked was too small for our family and suggested a different room, rebooking it for us. However, the room we were given was a room connected to the adjacent room by an internal door. Even though the door was closed and locked, it didn't make us feel comfortable or safe at all.
We also suspected that the hotel staff discriminated against guests. There was a stark difference in the attention given to business people and more affluent-looking guests compared to the way we were treated. We didn't feel valued in terms of the welcome and communication.
Two different events were organized at the hotel during our stay. The first evening was the graduation ball, and loud music continued until late. While it wasn't severe enough to completely prevent our baby from sleeping, we should have been informed about this when we checked into the hotel. The next day, there was noise again due to another event or live music/piano performance. Despite this, no prior notification was given.
As a family with a baby, we were expecting a peaceful and comfortable stay, but our experience fell far short of our expectations. We believe the hotel needs to improve in terms of guest communication, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we are not considering choosing it again.

amazing staff, great hotel, we are coming back to Divan Gaziantep! We were a large group of 8 people and all of us were simply amazed by the hospitality of everyone from top to bottom, thank you again and congrats to Koç Group for establishing a benchmark in this business since it is so obvious the Divan team was very well trained and they knew what service industry is all about.

Superb hotel, recommend if you are staying in Gaziantep. Wonderful breakfast, well equipped gym and the room was huge.

Its ok I guess for a short business stay, staff at breakfast not very friendly
