it was a beautiful and clean hotel, very friendly personal. fun activities and a great animation team! definitely had a great holiday. will return to this fantastic hotel in October

Worst hotel experience

Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, rooms were dirty, as soon as I walked in it smelt of mould, there was mould on the walls in the cupboard and I couldn't unpack to place my clothes inside, also there were ants everywhere, all over the desk and bedside tables and bathrooms, the food was not tasty and very limited breakfast was even worse, I would give it 0/10 only person who was helpful was the receptionist Egenaz she was lovely and tried to help where she could but I don't think I'll ever return, our second room was even worse and there was mould everywhere and on the duvet

It’s not a 4 star.

I stayed at this “resort”. The food was bland and could’ve been better considering it’s Turkey and it’s supposed to be 4 star. Anyways where do I begin? Upon arrival the hotel looked nice. It’s kind of in a run down area. The rooms “looked” nice and pretty, but some of the rooms stank. My other sibling’s room had mould on walls and bedding. They also had ants in their room and they were crawling all over their luggages. Now time to talk about my room. Whenever I’d have a shower the water would seep out and flood the bathroom. Water spread across the whole floor, making the toilet area wet, slippery and hard to use. Reported repeatedly; staff only mopped. Promised repair but it never happened. This hotel needs to improve so much more. I’ve read before that the staff were rude, I agree! The only nice staff we encountered was Egenaz at reception and another male who took our luggages up to the room but forgot to get his name. The only good thing was the pool. And the massages were nice and spa facilities were decent. They had different things on during the evening for the kids like the kids mini club and dance. Karaoke night for adults. But wouldn’t recommend.

Family with small children

The hotel was very clean and there was a lot of options for food. The staff were good especially DAMLA and OMER . The water polo was great fun daily and children’s pool was great and mini disco every night at 9pm . Housekeeping was done daily and to a good standard . Really close to land of legends and close to small shops . We got the 22 bus to land of legends and kadriye for just 1 euro each. You could easily just stay in the hotel for the duration of the holiday as the pool is perfect and there is always some food options available . There are plenty of loungers available throughout the day in sun or shade by the pools . No complaints at all except they didn’t have ice cream or baklava .

Average Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a nice stay and felt the hotel offered good value for money. It’s modern and has a lot of potential. The outdoor pool was great, and having free access to the Turkish bath, sauna and indoor pool was a real bonus. We also appreciated the private beach, around 5 km away, with a free shuttle service. We never struggled to get a seat, although arriving around 15 minutes early is a good idea.
The rooms were clean overall, but the bathrooms could do with a little more attention to detail. The Wi-Fi was quite weak, and communication in English wasn’t always easy, although the staff always tried their best, often using Google Translate. A special mention to the gentleman at the spa, who was the friendliest and most welcoming member of staff.
The main area for improvement is the food. During the week there was a decent variety, but at weekends the choice was much more limited. It would have been nice to see a wider variety of international options, specially at breakfast.
Overall, we were happy with our stay.
