We had a wonderful holiday.

This is our third stay at Maxx Royal Belek. We’ve experienced many other hotels, but if we’re coming back anywhere, it’s here. The level of service has never disappointed us.
A special thank you to our assistant, Maryam Keshvari, and to the wonderful waiters, Burak Akbaş and Onur Öktemer, for their exceptional care and kindness.
Overall, I can honestly say that the entire team goes above and beyond to fulfill every request and make guests feel as comfortable as possible. Keep up the amazing work!

The best hotel experience we've had!

Genuinely the best service we've had at an all inclusive hotel. From the moment you arrive everything is handled for you - cases are taken to your room and you're diverted to a sofa with chocolate strawberries and drinks to check in (no reception queue!). You are assigned two assistants to help with your stay who are simply amazing - they handle all of your reservations, baby equipment for the room, special pillow requests etc. They are super helpful, quick to reply and no ask is too small. Big thanks to our assistants Tutku and Oussama for making our trip stress free.
The chocolatier and patisserie experiences are incredible - we expected long queues, sub-par chocolate or stock issues. Only the opposite is true - there's never a queue, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the cakes/chocolates are all delicious. We're having a great time!
Pool side table service is great - very nice to have fruit and drinks delivered to you

A Truly Five-Star Experience from Start to Finish

Every single detail was thoughtfully planned to create the best possible guest experience. We spent five unforgettable days at the hotel, and every member of staff was exceptional. Smiles, genuine warmth, and a “can-do” attitude were always present throughout our stay.
From the Aquapark waiters and staff to Batuhan and Ibrahim at Safran Restaurant, and also all staff in Maxxi Land ,everyone consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special.
A very special thank you goes to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Emre. They were always available whenever we needed them, incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They made us feel like valued VIP guests, ensuring every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. Their personal attention made a real difference to our holiday, and they are a true credit to the hotel.

Super

Amazing service from all the staff throughout our stay. Our personal advisor, Zehra, was exceptional. Whenever we needed advice or assistance, she was always quick to respond to our messages and was incredibly helpful.
We loved the food, and there was always plenty of space available around the pool, even when we were with our small children. We were never disappointed. The fact that towels and water were already provided made everything so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our day without any hassle.
Overall, this is a 5+ star hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.
