Just awful
The most disgusting hotel.
Deception in everything. 4* is so contrived that it's not even clear how it's possible.
In order:
Upon check-in (and we were delayed because of a 9-hour flight change), meaning almost a full day, they fundamentally refuse to check us into the paid room. Everyone like that. They have brutal overbooking. They just gave our (paid with a sea view) room number to someone else when we were staying, and gave us a dirty, disgusting dump in the basement, and said they couldn't do anything because there were no rooms. Here, then we'll move. And we are already for 3 days. As they said, the young man at the reception just pointed there, and for all questions says that he is not responsible for it! We asked to call the administrator, when he got through to us they said, "So what, no room, if you don't want it, don't stay, just sit," we were in shock after a day on the road at 5 in the morning.
Why didn't we check into that terrible one they offered:
1. We paid the normal
2. It was terribly dirty (the nightstand looked like it was in feces, the mattress was moldy, the shower had rust and dirt, and the curtain was instead of the bathroom door, folding beds instead of extra sleeping places)
After being fed breakfast about the time the issue would be resolved (the tour operator didn't help either, by the way, since at 5 am nobody cares), we slept for a couple of hours on dirty loungers by the pool where there was trash everywhere (we were told cleaning only starts at 9:30), we waited since 8 am.
After the swearing, the administrator came who was rude at night and said that "she would smoke and look for a room," and she did just that. We smoked slowly and left; at 9 or 10, we asked how much longer we had to wait, and it turned out our room (where we should have been living for almost a day) was being cleaned. We were checked in by 10:30. Hooray
We didn't expect it. I wish there wouldn't be mold and dirt.
The room turned out to be clean, with a good view, and everything was a plus.
Pastel bedding is gray and has holes, there is no water, neither cold, nor hot, nor any at all, the walls are peeling, there is not even a rope to hang clothes, of course, no amenities other than soap. There can be no 4-star here.
Sea. Sandy beach. What they called their beach is probably some kind of joke. A narrow strip of 4 sun loungers, 3.5 meters wide. There's a fence and mud nearby, the hotel administration probably doesn't go there, the loungers are terribly dirty, which was no surprise.
The towels for the pool and sea are given, smelly, with stains like rags. And you can't change them either
Didn't pass in the evening, in the morning you are lying on the same.
Restaurant:
Fear and horror.
"Clean" plates with food scraps, forks are wiped with some mop. Flies everywhere. Half of the trays are empty
The same couple of dishes for lunch and dinner for all 3 days. But we also cooked meat on the grill. Something. Breakfast is meager, seats are torn.
The only plus is that dirty dishes are cleaned up quickly. But that's if you count basic things as merits.
There's a general feeling that the hotel was built for a higher quality format, but it has been let down so much, and the administration treats visitors so rudely that there's nothing to catch there.
Everyone will be put in this ugly room for the time being, some complain, some don't. But how can you treat people who went on vacation in such a way, it's unclear.

Bad, very bad.
Food for those who are just going to Sydney, in no case choose this hotel!!!! Even if you (like me) book a room with a sea view, at least for a day you will have to spend in a dog kennel without a balcony with a view of the garbage bins. Someone wrote that the administration's contemptuous attitude is only towards Russians - that is not true. Both Germans and Poles are suffering (there are many of them here). I live here now, they gave me a room with a view, BUT! the toilet tank has no lid, there is no shower holder, and the TV doesn't work. I told the admin about the tank three times, zero emotion. Everything is stained, walls, towels, linen. There is a lot of food, but it's all greasy and bland. Nothing happens in the hotel itself, but around in the evenings there is a cacophony from the discos of neighboring hotels. Summary: Don't chase apparent cheapness, choose another place, your vacation will be ruined here.

Terrible! Spoiled vacation
I want to leave a review ,rested from July 26 to August 6.I have not seen this yet I was in Turkey, but in such a bicharnik for the first time ,total unsanitary ,the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, we took only disposable forks.Immediately when we arrived we were met by a disgruntled Cossack, who speaks Russian well and well demands money from 20 dollars to 100 .But I did not pay anything. Checked into the family room I had a standard on booking but she said not yet if you want then $60 pay and there will be a room for you and that she has nothing from it. In the morning you get up stinking all dirty by the pool and everyone who comes to this hotel all through the scandal .The food is monotonous animation no ice cream although everything was written that from 3 p.m. to 3 p.m. 30 ice cream. About the beach this is a separate story stinks garbage don't clean up everywhere butts 50 mattress beds all killed and people at the hotel 300 and where everyone should be placed. Everyone who arrived after me is all in shock.I manager said you need to close for repairs and processing.This hotel does not pull on 4 stars, but on a maximum of 2.Categorically do not recommend this hotel.Internet is charged and the one that works once.

Nerves from the first day of check-in, total rest on the mark
Do not in any case do not visit this hotel, it is just a horror, service is not what, from the word no, when checking in you will immediately be required to pay money from 60-90 dollars , supposedly you will be put in a good room, but they are all practically the same, somewhere mold, somewhere walls are shabby, in the rooms there are cockroaches, clean the rooms every day, but if you do not tell, water for 10 days of rest was brought twice to the room, the hotel itself as they write that there was a renovation, it was but the facade, in the rooms and other rooms there they did not smell, a separate shock is the beach, which is three meters wide and naturally all space is lacking, near the beach for the local population ,it and then more, On the beach of drinks and some snacks this is not at all and does not even smell, In the evenings everyone sits on the bar, no animations daily like in other hotels nearby, where people relax for the same money and enjoy. So don't visit this hotel if you don't want to get nervous on your vacation, nobody will do anything.

It could have been good.
At check-in, we were given a paper written in Cyrillic, which also listed the meal times. The
room itself was dirty, the walls were unclean, the fridge did not work, and it gave off an awful
smell. We complained, but the situation did not change. The air conditioner was old, yellowed,
extremely noisy, and when turned on, it blew out a cloud of dust. The bathroom was worn out,
and cleaning seemed to consist mostly of mopping here and there with fabric softener,
although at least it smelled nice afterward. The food was monotonous, there was no clear
information about what was available, and if we went to breakfast later, only dry sliced cold
cuts and cheese, covered in flies, were left. We only ate well when we went to restaurants. I
avoided drinking from the bar because I had never seen such dirty glasses before. Due to the
lack of information, after a long search we found the hotel’s sunbed area on the beach. It was
basically a tiny strip of land that could fit around 30 people, so we skipped it. On the last day, I
noticed that there was a map displayed, from which it turned out that there was another beach
area belonging to the hotel, but we never made it there. It would have been helpful if they had
explained this at the beginning. The hotel is large and close to the beach, but I do not
recommend it to anyone.
