Family trip May-June 2024

It's my first stay in Sivas and the Keikawus Hotel. It's very rare to say that about big hotels, but “I was at home.” Families traveling with young children will understand me better.
The hotel staff greeted us friendlyly with our husband and one-year-old daughter, helped us with accommodation with our numerous:)) suitcases.
They put us in the fourth floor. The room was spacious, clean, bright and with all facilities for convenience.
In the room, even for the baby, a baby cot was supplied, which is important for the level of service.
We also express our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for the excellent breakfasts.
Outdoor buffets with numerous tasty items. Everything is fresh, delicious, delicious.
Thanks to the friendly and courteous staff, an atmosphere of good rest and excellent mood was created.
It's nice when people take their jobs with commitment and responsibility.

It was amazing!

The hotel''s staff is very polite and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. While it’s on the main street, it’s quiet and easy to get out of the day. I recommend that those who go make sure to attend breakfast. Thank all of your employees for their interest and effort ✅

Extremely Disappointing

The hotel stands ornate from the outside, making it a complete failure. We entered the room and it wasn’t officially smelling like coffee. Rooms aren’t what the Photos show. Very small and narrow. There’s a strange smell of food in hallways and rooms. I think it comes from ventilation or air conditioning. The breakfast room is irregular, the employees are uninterested. It’s definitely not worth the money. Think again before you go!

Sivas stay

The room is great for a family. The kids their own room and we’re very comfortable. The staff were great especially Zeki. He was extremely helpful in guiding us around Sivas. The location is close to the city center and very convenient. We recommend it
