The Center and Staff are friendly

Especially a Centralized hotel. The breakfast variety and taste delighted me quite. Plus, the friendly and caring staff were very good. Unfortunately, some annoying details have shaded the experience.
Hair in the bathroom caused concerns about hygiene.
There were prominent cracks on the walls of the room, which negatively impacted the sense of comfort.
It was weird that there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and the expiration date of the shower gel was 2022.
All in all, the staff''s efforts and breakfast quality make it a reason to try the hotel again, but serious improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and meeting essential needs. I hope feedback is taken care of.

Very good hotel in downtown Sivas

Would highly recommend Savona Hotel for visitors to Sivas. It’s located right in the heart of the city. Tourist attractions are within walking distance and very close. The hotel is super clean. We had a crowded activity at this hotel in December. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything. I also want to thank Mr. Yalçın Alaca here. As a caring manager, he supported us by transporting all of the hotel’s floats. The hotel''s restaurant is a hit too, make sure to try it while you go.

My experience

Very good hotel the rooms looks king like the pillows where fluffy and the shower was awesome! I recommend the hotel!
The food was okay and the view was good!Best in sivas.And the staff is so nice and cooperative.and there was a coffeshop too,thanks to Mr manager yalcin for this experience!
