felisa hotel looked decent online and had a good price. i upgraded my room 2 times although i dont think there was a need. the staff were very friendly, water and beer was plentiful when ordered at the front desk. unfortunately due to the jet lag and such i was not able to ever get any breakfast at the attached restaurant. i knew you could pre-order it but my sleeping pattern was all messed up the entire time i was there. the room itself was fine, the bed was good, shower and tub were good. I did notice there was no changing of sheets or towels while i was there but i did not bother to ask, i am not so picky really. i would say overall it is a budget hotel with a good price and for my purposes it was perfect.

Visit to Ukraine for graduation

Felisa Hotel staff is welcoming, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable. I recommend the hotel to travelers, who like homely atmosphere. I got to meet the owner of the hotel. A down to earth caring and gentleman.

Некомпетентный перонал

Заказал 2 комнатный номерю Скзали есть в наличии, записали фамилию, сказали что свяжутся. я на радостях заказал билеты в Харьков, перезваниваю, говорят что все занято. Так не делается! Советую персоналу запоминать наличие пустых номеров или не говорить что они есть если их нет!

В целом довольно неплохо

Сам отель интересно выполнен и внутри достаточно комфортно. Из плюсов: внешний и внутренний дизайн, неплохое состояние номера (был двухкомнатный полулюкс и люкс), хорошая кухня и ресторан, приятный небольшой живой уголок, адекватные цены. Из минусов: неважная звукоизоляция, отсутствие стаканов в люксе, небольшие недоработки администрации (не дали сразу постельное на 1 человека, полотенца и т.п.).

Хорошо

Всё хорошо: приветливый персонал, есть милые животные на первом и втором этажах, полки с книгами на втором этаже — читала на досуге. Я жила в комфортном чистом номере с телевизором. Как по мне, моё пребывание было бы лучше, если бы я была не одна ;)
