Miss

Stayed at this hotel for the third time and will definitely continue to do so! Everything is perfect: location, service, staff . The room where we particularly stayed is very comfortable! The only request and suggestion: would be nice somehow to confirm the reservation. Because you feel a little insecure when your booking days are confirmed to you only in words. Highly recommend aparthotel “Golden Gate Inn”!

Terrible !

The worst hotel manager I've ever seen in my life was here. This rude manager canceled our reservation for no reason and gave our room to someone else. Then he said if you don't leave here, I will call the police ! We couldn't believe our ears. We were shocked.This rude man ruined our day and vacation.

Really nice stay

We chcked in here after booking a horrible hostel. The room was very clean, had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. Comfortable stay, staff were friendly. There is a restaurant around the corner. However it is only around 25/30 minute walk to the main sqaure in Kiev. You can get Uber's very cheap around £1.50 depending on time of day. The hotel was wifi which is a life saver when you are travelling from the UK for maps etc.

Good Hotel

The rooms of hotel are larger than other hotels and the rooms are clean. The staffs are very helpful. We had a problem about payment and they helped us easily. If you have a car you can use the parking lot in front of hotel. You can prefer here

No heating

No heating in the rooms bacause of managment decisions to take out from rooms all the remote controls for air conditions. Only after hard negotiations we received electric radiators on half past midnight when it was already very cold in the rooms and we couldn't sleep... -this is something unimaginationable in the Europe this days...
In addition to that, we had at least 2 days old bread every breakfast although we ask for fresh one every evening we order the breakfast for the next morning...
