Wonderful experience!
Everything was great — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Something good, something not
The room is nice, comfortable bed, enough space. The bathroom is a bit small with a slightly complicated shower door opening. Breakfast totally insufficient "sweet" side but is a feature of the "Ibis". Restaurant: little assorted offer, confusing environment.
The young hotel staff are very knowledgeable, speak fluent English and were very kind allowing me to store my luggage for 2 hours after my check out

I do not recommend this hotel.
In this hotel, apparently, it is normal to put people in a room where the window does not close, and outside is mid-October. Honestly, when I came into the room, I thought it was ventilated, it was great. But when he decided to close the window, it just didn't fit tightly, leaving a big gap at the top. The room is cold, draughty, noise from the street. Apparently, such perceptions of the comfort of guests at the property. I reported the problem to reception this morning, but no one hit a finger at all. I spent two nights in this room. And after leaving, they didn't even wish you a happy trip or apologize. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good location, good shelter
High points: good housekeeping (thanks Nadia!), good location, good food in the restaurant, good air raid shelter.
Low points: wifi often uselessly slow (except, oddly, in air raid shelter), restaurant should printed menus available upon request. (For the hotel to call it ecological is a dishonest excuse with so much other disposable paper, including placemats. Menus are a far better use of paper, and using smartphones at the dinner table is not terribly good etiquette!)

The impossible is possible if it is IBIS Central Kyiv
I have experience of staying in business hotels both in Ukraine and in other countries. This IBIS is an absolutely worthy example of a comfortable, functional business hotel in the heart of a metropolis. Comfortable, clean rooms, comfortable bed, pillow menu, strong internet signal, decent breakfast - what else is needed for a business stop. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the staff. On the previous trip, we had a problem with check-in (incomplete processing by the trip organizers). The hotel was not warned about our early departure the next day (at 6.30) and the need to prepare breakfast with us. We checked in around 11 p.m., when the restaurant was already closed and ordering breakfast was not possible according to the rules. BUT!!!!! the next day at 5:30 a.m., 14 (!!!!) prepared breakfast packages were waiting for us at the reception. Well done to the hotel business professionals working at IBIS Central KYIV
