Small and cosy apartment/hostel

Hostel is a renovated apartment with a big dorm with a lot of space and some private rooms.
2 small and clean bathrooms
The kitchen is very well equipped, with all you need to cook your own meals and free bottled water.
There is a balcony for smoking.
Good location, 5 min walk from the main square. There is a big supermarket nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful

Hospitality is not about this hotel, they care only about money

It was a horrible customer experience, we booked a stay there for a couple via booking.com and we chose an option to „pay at the property”, but the hotel started charging my card for different random amounts and after they weren’t able to do that due to restrictions on my credit card, they cancelled our reservation. We confirmed we would like to pay at the property as we booked it, and that the stay was planned for a wedding trip, but they just cancelled our reservation.

Dear Anastasia,
If you booked a room through booking.com, you could find information on the main page, which states that the mini-hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
Unfortunately, if there were not enough money on your card, booking.com gives 24 hours to update the card data, if nothing changes, the reservation is canceled.

Superb, staff went above and beyond

Excellent location in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all main tourist sites. Staff extremely helpful, kind and friendly (on the day of my departure the lady insisted on setting an alarm for 05.30am to say goodbye!!).
I stayed in the 10 bed dorm which was clean and light. Bathrooms are clean. Air conditioning works well. You are provided with a locker key, linen and towel free of charge. The staff even make your bed in the dorm room, which I had never encountered before! There is a kitchen with free tea and coffee. Highly highly recommend.

hostel stay

great staff and facilities. met lal of our needs and very friendly and helpful. they entertained us and advised us on many questions abou the city and area and always made sure our need were met
showers were great and so was kitchen and acomodations. beds were great and housekeeping was great too

Super nice hostel!!! but

I like everything about this hostel. The administrators are very friendly, especially Dmytro :D It's always extremely clean. I will definitely come back again (because I need to cross the border every 2 months )
Sometimes wifi is not working good.
