Two days

A hotel that is walking distance from the train station. Nice rooms and breakfast included in the price. The staff is helpful and the price is very low

Great hotel!

This hotel, if not a sample, is very close to this assessment in Ukraine! Nice and responsive staff, from maids to administrators. All the staff we asked for advice or assistance solved our questions instantly and with a smile!!! The hotel is about 500 metres from the train station. The room is not big, but comfortable. We had windows from the fifth attic floor facing the yard and simultaneously towards the tracks - however, you could hardly hear the noise of the tracks. Bottled water is changed every day. A very decent continental breakfast! Our train was early in the morning, so a good dry ration package was arranged for us upon request:))) The staff is multilingual. Best experience ever.

Very nice hotel

We spent 2 days here while visiting multiple cities in Ukraine and this was one of the better hotels on our trip. The room was clean, service staff was pleasant, plenty of parking available and it was within walking distance of many beautiful sights in beautiful Ternopil. We could not complain about this hotel, even as Americans. I've stayed at worse hotels in America for more money.

Sad to read all the recent negative reviews - change of management?

I was here for 5 days last March. I had a very large corner suite with a large jacuzzi tub.
Room was very comfortable. Hotel restaurant was fine. In fact, i was there 1 night and there was a birthday party that turned into an engagement party and another night for a wedding, and since I was staying at the hotel, they let me enter to eat. I felt like I was part of the celebration (yes, i ended up dancing with Ukrainians to their pop DJ music). i was always treated with respect and assisted as needed. One odd thing - a waitress showed up one night at 10pm with a glass of red wine that "You ordered, tak?" No, I did not. We laughed and said goodnight. Too bad not everyone has had such a positive experience. IN fact, Delta/KLM had lost my luggage 8 days earlier, and it arrived here in tact with nothing missing - had been dropped off by a courier while i was at work,

Horrible service

I spent the weekend there. The staff at reception not friendly. Shower was cold for two days. Very unprofessional. I recommend you stay away. Shower was leaking water all over floor. Mosquitos everywhere. I asked for the air-conditioning they said sorry they don't have battery for the remote control to switch it on with. Amazing this hotel has any good ratings.
