A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms are large and modern with air conditioning. There is a restaurant with small outdoor seating. The hotel also offers laundry services. Have been here several times and always come back to the hotel and its amazing staff

Stop for sleep, while on road trip in Ukraine.

It is a shame, that we arrived so late and had no opportunity to get something in restaurant, same with breakfast, we left too early, but still, receptionist was so nice and prepared a coffee for us. Rooms, just like all hotel, are very nice, maybe bit small, but managable. Nice lobby, terace for smokers, shielded from weather.

A lovely hotel let down by its restaurant

I booked a Suite at the Globus. It's a nice hotel, full of charm. The room was excellent. Large kingsize double bed with en-Suite double shower and spacious bathroom. Plenty of storage space together in a separate sitting room with flat screen TV and mini bar. Room service is available until 11pm but this was not tried out. The hotel grounds are very nice and whilst it is outside of town, the centre and the historic lake can be reached by trolleybus from the stop across the road. One way 9 minute journey costs a measly 15p! English is spoken by the courteous reception staff.
The big letter down for this hotel was the restaurant. A nice, well laid out place to eat but the whole thing is spoilt by the attitude of the staff (all two of them!). I got to see one dated and old printed out menu in English, but they would not bring it out on subsequent visits, so had to rely on help from friends. I was not allowed to deviate in any way from what was on the menu - they would cook and serve only as per the menu description! They would not tolerate any customer requests for substitutions or small changes. Customer service was pretty non-existent. No smiles and it was as though the moment you are seen as a foreigner, it was just too much hassle! The breakfast menu was limited (no buffet breakfast) but whilst the dinner was better, it is clear that this hotel is not used to foreign tourists!
A real pity because the hotel is fine! Good rooms, great value for money, let down by a restaurant clearly in need of a lesson in providing for today's customer service requirements. I must mention the barman however, who despite not speaking English, was the one friendly guy in the mix! Well done sir!
Would I stay here again? Definitely! Great value for money, clean and comfortable- but the restaurant really needs an overhaul.

Good hotel in the suburb of the city

Being in Ternopil, we stayed in hotel "Globus" two nights. It is situated far from the center, in the suburb.The room was small but cosy, standart price for the double room was UAH 400 per night. Towels, bathroom and bed were clean and new. We didn't have wardrobe or fridge in the room. Hot water in the bathroom and central heating made the stay at night pleasant. The receptionist was also kind and explained everything. If you want early breakfast, it won't be possible, the earlist time suggested was 8.30 A.M. And I would not recommend to eat there. It was not tasty and disappointing. Except for that, I have nothing to complain about.

Nice hotel for good price

+ Design, cleanliness, breakfast, price, parking.
- Shower - not well designed - water fall down to the floor, for couple the give room with 2 single beds, no shower kit, need to pay for the breakfast, location little bit far from the center.
+Дизайн, чистота, сніданок, ціни, паркування.
- У душі вода витікає на підлогу, ми замовили номер як пара а вони нам кімнату з 2 окремими ліжками, немає набору для душу, за сніданок потрібно платити, далеко від центру.
