Breakfast was poor. It was a la cart but with a limited selection. Not even any juice was served. I had to buy it from a shop and bring with me to a restaurant. But the worst happened on the second day. When we returned to our room in the evening found that it was not cleaned. Sometimes it did happened with outher hotels but always dealt in quick and professional manner. But not hear. The first reaction from a duty manager to my wife:"we do not provide clearning services on Sundays". Ten minutes later to me:"we only make rooms once in two days". The next day another duty manager:"you had to ask for clearning separately". All my attemps to talk to a general manager (and point out that dayly clearning is clearly marked in the list of hotel services) were lefts ununswered.
I would certainly leave but they chargered 3 nights stay on my cart at arrival and refused reimburse.
My strong feeling that they had some internal problems with providing clearning services that day but instead of dealing with a problem in proffessional way, sort it our and/or offer some sort of compensation just did not react at all.
I do not recomend this hotel to anybody who wants to pay quite a money (hotel is so far the most expencive in the city) but receive a hostel services at most.

Villa P is recommended.
This hotel is very near to the center. You can park in the garden area, behind closed doors. Rooms are elegant, quite big with small bathroom.

Alina at the front desk (and only employee of the hotel we saw) checked us in. She was not welcoming or friendly and unfortunately didn’t speak Ukrainian or English, only Russian. We speak only Ukrainian and English and as such there was a lot lost in translation.
We did not receive anything upon checking in - I had to ask about the breakfast, dinner (there was none) and the wine cellar (which was also not functioning)
Our room did not have a remote for the AC, and did not have any toilet paper. The property is ok, situated on a bumpy uphill road from the center of town, and easily missed as the sign is tiny.
Private parking and diagonally across from the city castle.
Breakfast was only ok and the wine cellar advertised for wine tasting, which we would have enjoyed, not encouraged.
In short, we were disappointed. I would not stay here again, but instead would stay closer to the center of town.
