Perfect location, reasonable prizes.

The main advantage is a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the historic center of the town. Also prices are very reasonable. Other things are all about average. The hostel is far from a cozy place with 'genius loci' - but room was perfectly clean, as well as toilet and shower. In my room were wardrobes, but no lockers. Towels included. Kitchen good equiped. First person from staff (at the check-in) didn't speak English, second (at the check-out) did.

Good in many respects.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The hostel is much better furnished and equipped than many hotels and is definitely a great hostel in terms of cleanliness and the quality of its decor.
Unfortunately there is a big problem in terms of very high noise levels on weekend disco nights at the Panorama club/restaurant above the hostel. I note the hostel claimed to have fixed this a couple of years ago (see their reply on Trip Advisor to criticism of this problem). They said they had added extra acoustic insulation but this cant be true. Sometimes I felt I was actually at the disco with such incredible noise levels in my room that things vibrated. At the weekend sleep was impossible. People actually checked out on the Friday and came back after the weekend discos. The management have obviously known about this situation for a long time but have chosen to do nothing whatsoever about it except falsely claim they have fixed the problem. I am not exaggerating the facts.
This noise problem left me worn out for 2 or 3 days and I know other people were similarly affected.
The staff are very good, and all are reliable and vigilant. They are always there to help, '24 hours a day, 7 days a week'. The house keeper also does a really great job. The place is kept in immaculate order and the noise problem is not their fault.

Отвратительно!!!Застиранное ,сомнительного вида постельное белье,волосы в душевой кабине,не приятный запах в санузле,хамское поведение персонала.Нет места для курения гостей,но есть места для демонстративного курения персонала.

Неплохой хостел рядом с пешеходной старой частью города.

Останавливаюсь на короткое время в этом хостеле уже в третий раз. Хостел находится на 4 этаже "Панорама" центра. В принципе все устраивает: приветливый персонал, в пешей доступности от вокзала и практически рядом с пешеходной старой частью города. Нравится хороший Wi-fi и просторная кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым. В этот раз удивило постельное белье. Оно было серым с какими-то пятнами, что испортило впечатление от хостела. Следует также иметь в виду, что этажом выше находится лаунж-зона, с которой в вечернее время может доноситься музыка и шум.
