Five stars for home away from home!
An absolute amazing experience!
There aren't enough good words to describe this wonderful place.
We checked out today and I already want to go back.
From the friendly, helpful, and patient staff who welcomed us (including the lovely housekeeping team!), to the location and its close proximity to all the fun sights and attractions - everything was top-notch.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped (the kitchen is fully stocked, even including a dishwasher (and dishwasher pods).
We stayed as a family of two adults and two kids, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was worth it!!
There is a transport from the airport which was perfect, but you can also use the E100 bus (which will be cheaper).
The kids had a blast, we loved it too - highly recommended and we will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Great Location, but Disappointing for the Price
Very low-quality furniture, an unpleasant smell in the apartment and the hallways.
Terrible sound insulation from the windows and doors facing the street and the hallway. The walls are not painted.
The kitchenette is quite decent, and having a washing machine in the apartment is a plus.
The location is excellent, but for the price of the room, you can find much nicer, more comfortable, and better-quality apartments.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in
The hotel rooms were not like the photos at all! The bathrooms were missing mirrors, the bedrooms were tiny (could fit a twin bed and NOTHING more) and the hotel staff were extremely rude! Do NOT stay here!

The apartment allocated to your reservation was the 3-Bedroom with 2 Bathrooms category that was originally booked, with approximately 100 m² of space. After arrival, your family expressed an interest in upgrading to one of our Deluxe Apartments. Unfortunately, by the time the upgrade was requested, our Deluxe category was fully occupied and we were therefore unable to accommodate this request. We understand that this may have been disappointing, but the inability to provide an upgrade does not mean that the apartment originally reserved was different from what was booked.
We would also like to clarify the comment regarding the supposedly missing mirrors. The apartment does have mirrors, including a bathroom mirror, a mirror in the separate toilet, as well as a large full-length mirror on the wardrobe. We also bought an extra mirror and our team put it in the restroom to fulfill your request!
Regarding the size of the bedrooms, the apartment offers approximately 100 m² in total. Individual room dimensions and layouts naturally vary within a multi-bedroom apartment, and the layouts of apartments within the same category may also differ. The apartment nevertheless provides the facilities and overall space corresponding to the category reserved.
When your family raised concerns, our team nevertheless took the time to personally accompany you to the apartment, listen to your comments and address your requests. For this reason, we are particularly sorry to see our colleagues described as “extremely rude,” as considerable time and attention were dedicated to assisting your family.
Regarding the photographs, apartments within the same category may have variations in layout and design, as is clearly stated due to the individual nature of our apartments. Our Standard and Deluxe categories also feature different interiors, which is precisely why an upgrade to Deluxe represents a different accommodation option.
Finally, 7Seasons Apartments is not located inside a shopping mall. We are situated within a residential and commercial complex in the heart of Budapest, accessed through a pedestrian passage where several independent shops and businesses are located.
We fully respect that certain aspects of the apartment may not have suited your personal preferences. However, considering the approximately 100 m² apartment provided according to the category booked, the facilities available, and the extensive assistance offered by our team, we are genuinely surprised that your experience has been represented by the lowest possible rating.

Excellent
We stayed at the hotel as a couple with three children, and the apartment was excellent, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommended!
