Satisfied.
Totally ok hotel as long as one just should sleep over a few nights. one does not travel to budapest to hang on the hotel 24.7.

Very below average experience
A run down establishment in the suburbs of Budapest. We paid €290 for night because as it was the day of the Champions League Final. Not suitable if you want to be close to the centre. Very slow check in. There was only one person trying to do everything and it was obvious that it was not really working out. No intention of accommodating us in giving us the room a bit earlier, even though they did do so to some really rude guests who made a fuss. The toilets in the lobby reminded me of public toilets. We needed to use them as we had no room, but they were so dirty and unattended that we could not even change in them. They were filthy and there was used paper all over the place. We had to leave our luggage behind as we had to go until our room was ready, and we were told to leave it ourselves behind a bar, where other guests had literally thrown their luggage.No tag was given, so there was no guarantee than somebody else could not take or open out stuff as the hotel had no idea what was left there or who had actually left them. We left Our room was on the 4th floor but the lift only goes up to the 3rd! The room and bathroom were spacious. It was actually an attic. We had booked a room for 3. There was a double and a proper single bed. There were only two medium sized towels. Breakfast is very basic.

Booked this hotel through trivago-HRS.. when I arrived they had terminated the agreement with HRS that I had booked the hotel through, yet I had received the booking confirmation from HRS. Someone at this hotel hasn't done their job

Wifi was non-existent in the room. Room was okay, and hotel is opposite a convenience store.

Stay away!! Old and dirty hotel!!
Stay away!! This is the worst hotell i've ever stayed at!
We only stayed one night (booked for 7), because it was so disgusting!
We arrived around 13:00, we knew in advance that the hotel was old and in need of a renovationg, but this was really bad!
We checked in, and had to go to the dentist right away, so we didn't chech the room at first. Afterwards we went shopping, so when we came back we were tired and just went straight to bad. Well, not quite, because the toilet wouldn't stop running... Told the receptionist, he asked which room and came with me... He said there was a problem with every room in this hotel. (I belive you!) He made it stop, but the next day it was the same. And then i saw many aunts in our toilet! I killed 14, and counted over 30. Not only in the bathroom, but also in my room!! (We had the suit, so two rooms and one bath). I went over the room with a flash light, sooo disgusting! Spider, spiderweb, dust, stains and aunts! The couch in my moms room was so dirty! And under the sheets i found several stains and alot of black hair! Even the duvet cover contained several stains!
Everything is just dirty!!!
We checked out that morning, i complainted to the reseptionist, he asked if i wanted another room. That's a no!
We still had to pay for staying the night in this terrible hotel!!! STAY AWAY!!
