Hotel fantastico e pulito
fermata dell'autobus era a 2 minuti a piedi dietro l'angolo, e un tram dall'altra parte della strada, anche se non abbiamo mai usato nessuno di loro, sono utili se si sa dove vanno e che numero per ottenere, abbiamo trovato più facile da usare l'applicazione Bolt per un uber, che abbiamo usato due volte altrimenti abbiamo camminato ovunque. abbondanza di vedere e un sacco di piccoli fantastici negozi di souvenir che di causa vendono tutti la stessa cosa, ma se dovessi tornare, starei sicuramente qui, prezzo brillante l'abbiamo ottenuto per. Soggiorno sgradevole.
Lenzuolo con buchi.
I letti non venivano rifatti quotidianamente come ci si aspetterebbe!
Base e non un 4 * in alcun modo.
Rumoroso a causa del traffico stradale e la temperatura della stanza scomoda ha disturbato il sonno durante tutto il soggiorno.
Nessun latte per tè o caffè in camera.
Collegamenti ai trasporti ragionevolmente buoni.
Non ho ritenuto che questo hotel rappresentasse un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Non lo raccomanderei né vi tornerei.

We are pleased that you found our receptionist friendly and appreciated the transport connections available near the hotel.
We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bed linen, we would like to note that all room textiles were completely replaced in November 2025, so we regret if any item did not meet the standard we strive to provide.
Concerning housekeeping, our room attendants service guest rooms daily between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The only exception is when a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, in which case the room is not entered in order to respect our guests' privacy.
As our hotel is located close to one of Budapest's main traffic routes, some guests may experience road noise, and we are sorry that this, together with the room temperature, affected your sleep quality.
While we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, we appreciate your feedback and wish you pleasant travels in the future.

We are pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and helpful and that you appreciated the excellent public transport connections available near the hotel.
We are sorry that the air conditioning in Room 54 was not working properly during your stay. Unfortunately, a technical fault occurred at that time; however, we are pleased to confirm that the unit has since been fully repaired.
Regarding breakfast, we strive to offer a varied selection including hot items such as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages and toast, alongside a wide range of cold options including cheeses, cold cuts, yoghurts, cereals, fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, breads, juices, tea and coffee.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the hotel's condition. We are continuously investing in improvements throughout the property. In recent months, we have installed new beds, new bathroom faucets, new textiles, new bathtub screens, new curtains and new armchairs in our guest rooms. Our refurbishment program is ongoing as we continue to enhance the comfort and appearance of the hotel.

3 giorni a Budapest
Personale cordiale, la posizione è buona in quanto c'è un grande centro commerciale 5 minuti a piedi in salita.
Negozio di benzina e bar nelle vicinanze.
Anche le fermate del tram e degli autobus sono comode.
Abbiamo trovato un buon ristorante ai margini del parco sulla strada per il castello di Buda, faceva parte di una palestra e complesso termale e serviva buon vino e pizza adeguata, non troppo costoso nemmeno!
L'hotel in sé è un po 'stanco, ma è pulito e funzionale se si è fuori tutto il giorno.
Il bar e' piccolo, quindi scelte limitate, ma c'erano vino e whisky, quindi che altro ti serve?
Abbiamo preso un Uber da e per l'hotel per l'arrivo e la partenza in quanto non era costoso e anche se i collegamenti di viaggio sono buoni, è necessario cambiare un po 'in modo da rendere il viaggio senza soluzione di continuità.
In evidenza per noi la giornata Spa all'aperto / al coperto, Castello di Buda, tour a piedi per la nostra lezione di storia, il mercato al coperto e una crociera storica sul fiume. C'e' molto per cui tornare.

Greta posizione per raggiungere a piedi il fiume e tutte le attrazioni, personale incantevole e ben exquipt hotel
La città è incredibile e ci torneremo sicuramente, anche se siamo andati a tutte le attrazioni c’è molto altro da fare nei mesi estivi
