Hotel to visit Vienna Bratislava and Lake Neusiedl

Great place for 1 -2 nights. Room decidedly functional. 2 seats in the room with table. Same thing on the balcony. Quiet highway barely audible. No closet, therefore a longer stay is not recommended although Vienna, Bratislava and Lake Neusiedl are very close.

Perfect!!!!!

So anyone complaining here definitely has the wrong expectations!!!
Extremely friendly reception, polite, professional and there was even time for a joke! Unfortunately I don't know the gentleman's name otherwise I would mention him by name!
When we asked how late we were leaving, we were offered a packed lunch instead of breakfast - great service!!!
Location is perfect for passing through.
Rooms are tip top!
Food is very good and cheap!
Staff in the restaurant and the reception are really great!!!!
Will definitely save the hotel and book again next year!

"Hotel fiasco: reservation ignored"

I am completely appalled and frustrated with this hotel. We had a confirmed reservation, yet upon arrival we were rudely informed that our room had been given to other guests. This level of disrespect and mismanagement is appalling. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was evident, and the situation was handled disgracefully. In stark contrast, Hotel Paprika demonstrates superior service and reliability, making it a far better choice. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and instead considering more trustworthy options like Hotel Paprika.

Transit hotel

Transit hotel. Was it clean? I'll give it a 8 from 10. Is it good equiped? If I put an old TV on a side, yes, all is fine. Breakfast? Very nice and easy going service people all around. But, I had a problem wit hthe electricity sockets inside my room. Only one worked. All other ones were dead! I haven't expect that somebody comes and repair it in next two minutes but I was suprised when lady downstairs told me that they will fix it tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll be gone! Sorry but for me that is also a part of service.

Clean transit hotel with good breakfast

Nothing fancy, but clean and cheap, good for a tranzit night and a solid breakfast and coffee before hitting the road again. Also has parking in front, so your car is safe, and you can visit the famous Paprika Csarda for dinner, which is 50m away
